Wish I had read reviews first. I strongly recommend you do not order from them. Poor quality and could not get feet in shoes. Contact email does not deliver so can’t return. Then they had the nerve to send email asking for a good review in there broken English….Definitely a scam!

Beautiful shoes - kind to the feet - good fit.

(Only problem which wasn't with the shoes, was that despite indicating a safe place unlocked and with a notice in the window, the shoes were left on the drive on a wet and extremely windy day by the courier. On our security camera he virtually dumped them and was off!)

Excellent service hassle free.

Forty quid for unbelievably cheap and nasty rubbish - this Chinese firm should be ashamed of itself, deliberately targeting pensioners with foot probems.
The shoes are impossible to return - don't try and waste further money, as their response is that the shoes are stuck in customs and they won't pay out until they're released, which is never.
Furthermore, I found the ad. on my home page, which is The Guardian!

I wish I had reviews before as there is a common theme. Poor quality and poor sizing. No assistance on returns and now am told I will have duty deducted from the refund! After postage n, over £20 to make the returns I doubt i will get £1

One would assume UK-shoes was a UK company - it is no such thing! The company is based in China and should you need to return anything you will need to cover the cost to China yourself.
The telephone number on the website is out of commission, emails take days to get a response and need repeating. Delivery takes a couple of weeks and the quality of products is very basic. I wish I had checked properly this company before purchasing. I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

I received the most appalling quality pair of boots,supposedly a size 6.5,they were probably equivalent to a size 5. I asked for a free return label and a full refund, which it clearly states you are entitled to do on their website, flatly refused both requests. I have asked them to fulfill their legal obligations but feel i am wasting my time. I made the mistake of assuming the company were UK based,should have checked company address, don't buy from this company.

Shoes are of good enough quality but customer care awful. This is not a UK based company
Shoes take 2-3 weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong size, it took days for them to reply to my requests via their online contact us form. Despite the website saying they provide a return label they say they don't and expect me to cover the postage back despite it being their mistake!

I ordered a pair of thermal non slip boots £42 in a size 7 which is my size I alway take.
I waited nearly 3weeks then when they came didnt fit ask to return to fined out uk shoes is not in the uk. When I went to return £26 to send back I would not have ordered if I new they were not uk based.

I purchased shoes for my elderly mother from this company. Their refund policy on their web site appears to promise a postage label if the shoes are not acceptable. Guess what? They will not provide a postage label. I contacted their customer service department by email and was given this response:
"pls send back to this address: Room 202, Building C, No. 11, Xiyuan 8th Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou, Postal Code: 310010, Tel: Shawn 18957150468.
provide track number.we will refund to you"
Followed by:
"sorry ,we don't provide return label"
The help number quoted on their website (+44 745 804 13030) has been disconnected. The number mentioned above (Shawn: 18957150468) has a continuous "system busy" announcement.
I should have read the reviews!!!! Please do not order from this company.

Ordered orthopedic boots when they arrived they are cheap knock offs no support though I was ordering from British company only to find out that it's a Chinese company boot only fit for bin wont be buying anything from them again

Chinese company supplying plastic rubbish, took ages to arrive and you can't return..... Stay clear of them

Purchased orthopedic support shoes for £29.99, with 'Free delivery' in 1 - 3 days.
Shoes did not arrive for a further 3 weeks, I suspect from Hong Kong, or China.
Customer Services phone number is no longer connected, e-mails go un-answered.
Shoes arrived after 3 weeks, cheaply produced, in plastic wrapping, and are WAY TOO LARGE.
There appears to be no 'orthopedic support' as advertised, and seem cheap mass produced items.
They are misleading from their name 'UK-Shoes', and all claims on website regarding product description, delivery and returns are all FALSE.
They need to be closed down on the Internet.
Trading Standards need to close their UK site.

I feel so stupid not checking reviews beforehand, absolutely devastated.
I fell for the look in the picture and the description as I need orthopedic shoes. They took ages to arrive and were NOT AS DESCRIBED. Cheap knock-offs. Not supportive inner sole.
Lost a lot of money as I can't get through for a refund or return.

Not orthopedic boots they are really cheap and ill made save your money even the cheapest high street stores are better made

Rubbish product. Suppose to be orthopaedic trainers. What you get are nasty cheap trainers. They are not orthopaedic they are disgusting. They would ruin your feet. Customer service is a disgrace rude and dismissive. Will not pay for returns even though they say free returns. When challenged they say if approved by customer service or the shoes are not damage you pay. They are scamming thieves and the site should be taken down. Hopefully you read this before purchase unlike me who found out the hard way. Needless to say Chinese company. Cheap and nasty goods.
No stars would be my preferred score.
AVOID BUYING CHEAP RUBBISH FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They are disgusting people with no conscience. Nothing about them is UK. THEY ARE CHINESE SCAMMERS.
UK shoes went into liquidation. Don’t know how these scammers are allowed to use the name.

This company doesn’t deserve even one star but have to rate so I can write this review. UK shoes does not dispatch from the uk but from Hong Kong, waited nearly three weeks for delivery and paid £44.50 for so called leather orthopaedic shoes.
They arrived unboxed no labels attached the shoes they are very poor quality, not leather and are undersized. Want to return for a refund but no response to my emails. Don’t buy from this unscrupulous company it needs closing down,feel like I’ve been robbed and don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake as me.

Don't waste your money.
Cheaply made trainers advertised as orthopedic are just fashion trousers. I watched the advert and was drawn in thinking that they would be good for going walking on holiday but i now would not risk walking up the road. The sole is made out of a hard
plastic and feels hollow. The size 5
is like a size 4 so too small. They are not responding to my email requesting a returns label to send them back. I wish I had read the reviews.

The delivery was made successfully but it was the incorrect size. I immediately requested a return (and replacement) from UK Shoes but they have now failed to respond to 5 separate returns requests / e mails etc. My mother feels cheated and ripped off by the incredibly poor / non existent customer service. She has been left with a pair of shoes that are too big with no way to return them!!!
