Extremely disappointed with Space NK…

Extremely disappointed with Space NK customer service.

I received a Dr Sam’s Flawless Gossamer Tint SPF 50 that appeared used/opened, honestly looking more like a tester than a new product. For a skincare/makeup item from a premium retailer, that is completely unacceptable.

I returned the item on 12 May, yet there is still no return showing on my account, and customer services have done absolutely nothing to resolve it despite multiple contacts.

The lack of communication and accountability is shocking considering the prices Space NK charge. I have proof of return, but seem to be getting ignored with generic responses and no actual investigation.
