I found Sam was very patient waiting for me to get back to him with my answer as to whether I wanted to accept his quote for a Fibre (FTTP) line. Sam was not overpowering in his approach as many Telecon salesmen are and he understood my requirements. Some telecom's salesmen I find "try too hard" but Sam has just nurtured me along over the last 2 months.

Thanks to Amaan Khan I was able to set up my business phone line just in time to open up my new business and the feedback I’m getting from my very own customers is amazing there’s never any fault in the lines clear voices at all times

Bothering and harrassing is the feeling

After having problems with the phone not ringing on incoming calls from some 02/three numbers and other networks owned by 3. Uk talk have eventually sorted the problem. My previous supplier XLN had not port forwarded properly when transferring the line. It’s taken 9 months of lots of engineer visits etc, but finally working now. It’s been an unusual situation but Mr Singh had persevered with me instead of just letting me out the contract, which would of been easier for them. But if I changed to someone else, it sounds like I’d have the same problem. He’s been so good keeping in contact. He’s had hours of conference calls to BT to get this sorted out. The wifi range still isn’t great but I have kept my old router as it was a very good make. So I’ve bought wifi extenders to rectify the problem. The internet speed is good on wired devices especially as we don’t have have fibre optic in our areas. Now all problems sorted I would recommend. 4 stars given due to the 9 months of getting to the bottom of it, but to be fair they had never had the problem before so now they know, they could sort quicker. Shame on XLN on not transferring the line properly (probably to make me switch back to them) The Gorgeous gift & card company, Biggleswade!

Cold called and person cold calling me was very abusive I would stay well clear,
