I had a late order for sleeper timbers and they had ready for collection in 2 days. I even had to split collection for 2 trips which they were to accommodate and swapped a couple of timbers out on return journey. This also assured me that they would remain open till i picked up late friday.

Professional customer service, kept me up-to-date with the delivery date, provided a sales invoice and my order arrived bang on time! Kiln dried wood is exceptional as always, however, my only gripe is: I've been buying my wood logs from this company for 13 years, they're the only supplier I trust 100% BUT - back in the day a large builders was WAS just that, it was as tall as me nearly 6ft!, now their " large" builders bags are half the size and are what was then known as a "small bag," the price still seems to be the same for the small bag, so based on the description, you now get less for your money. They do offer a double up , but come on guys, rather than have two pallets of small builders bags, bring back the large bag for the same price as the double up offer for which I would easily pay £300. I do miss the seasoned wood too and do get the new legislation, but needless to say, the kiln dried wood supplied by this company is very superior, cut to just the right size for my wood burner and burns really well. I truly hope this company goes on for many years to come and will always get my custom and recommendation.

UK Timber have been great when we have urgently needed timber items for a few of our projects. Items are available for collection quickly and at a reasonable price. Customer service and the sales team are always extremely helpful too. The bespoke machining service is also very useful when we need a specific moulding quickly. We will be using them again in the future with no worries whatsoever. Many thanks

Lovely timber, easy to collect

I ordered a pallet of Hotrod briquettes over 3 weeks ago with anticipated delivery of 3-5 working days.
Phoned up today for an update only to be told they had no stock and no idea when delivery could be expected.
However UK Timber are still offering this product online with next day delivery available.

Driver dropped the bags exactly where I asked. Wood is nice and dry, burns well 👌

Easy to order and very quick on readiness for collection. I was happy with the oak until I installed it and noticed a crack appearing from 1 end. As this was meant to be a conditioned piece of expensive wood I am disappointed.

UK Timber and its drivers could not have been more helpful. The drivers were cheerful and accommodating when faced with unexpected delivery challenges.

I ordered a piece of bespoke solid oak to match some existing shelves.
Order arrived much earlier than scheduled; 4-5 days cf 10 days, and well packaged.
A lovely piece of timber, PAR kiln dried European oak - matches existing shelves perfectly.
I did shop around before placing order. UK Timber Ltd, responded immediately with helpful suggestions and a very competitive price.

Thank you to the UK Timber team at the warehouse. I recently purchased some oak timber for some shelving and to craft a door to replace the one under my staircase. Really good quality timber. Always a great experience working with the staff at UK Timber and will continue to do so in the future, would highly recommend to anyone, thank you again.
