Placed an order and still not arrived…
Placed an order and still not arrived and no feedback from customer service? I have no issue in you charging a premium price and that I pay the money upfront but I do expect prompt delivery, and reply to my messages. Also, as a UK buyer asking me to call an American customer service number is not good? Maybe I need to look for a company that is investing in the UK or EU?
