I visited Burberry outlet Hackney, the staff were extremely rude.

Was enquiring online about a trench coat that was advertised in GQ of March 2026 but I was unable to find it anywhere online I contact the customer service team via chat but they were totally clueless Not really interested in my query but trying to sell me other items Really disappointing experience

I bought a Burberry cardholder. I have had it for nearly 15 years and not a single scratch! Pure luxury and high end products!

I recently made a purchase of a very expensive handbag as a present for my partner.
The bag was pictured on the Burberry website with a small teddy bear charm attached and this formed part of my reason for choosing this particular item. Upon receipt of the bag and after checking, I became aware that there was no charm. I then contacted Burbury who thus informed me the charm was not in fact part of the purchase, even though this fact was not stated anywhere

I bought my second Westminster coat, 5 shirts and 3 jeans. All top quality. Highly recommend

i bought a perfumefrom brand burberry at first the fragrance smelled great but unfrotunately it lasts onle from three minutes or less it is very sad i thought the problem was in the type of perfume but my friend bought another type of perfume from the sam brand and the result is one i hope they modify this thing ih they modify it it will be great for me

I put in an order for a scarf on this website at 8:44 on Sunday morning, and also requested the complimentary embroidered personalisation service.

I then made the mistake of coming to this page and stressing myself out after seeing all of these other reviews.

Thankfully, I received my item at 1:05 in the afternoon on Tuesday (today), little over 52 hours. I've looked through it and everything is exactly as it should be.

Very happy and will most likely order from them again.

I have recently bought a couple of T-shirts at Burberry in Bicester village, they are so elegant and look highly qualitative.
Unfortunately the threads are coming off randomly at different spots after only wearing it for once and I didn't even strike it to any metal nails or sharp surfaces. I have been to the Bicester shop and explained the situation to the manager and they have exchanged it, but said that they are going to do it only as a one off gesture.
Now, I have encountered the same issue on my other T-shirt too, and I am afraid of going to the shop as I was told that they wouldn't honour it again. I have seen that the same issue has been noticed by another customer on google review.

Wish I would have read the reviews on here first. Ordered a product that when arrived looked nothing like in the pictures on the website. Had marks on the box fingerprints on the lenses. Then you phone customer service to be told no one is available. You contact them through WhatsApp they say email them. You email them they say phone customer services! Take your money the palm you off! Cheap quality of pattern sunglasses.

Not even the courtesy of a reply to my letter addressed to their CEO ... a copy of which follows:

Dear Mr Schulman

I am writing to you regarding the response I received from Burberry following my request for a quote to repair my Burberry long gabardine coat purchased over twenty years ago (copy of emails attached).
AS a high priced item now costing over £1,600 to replace, I am deeply concerned that no long-term service backup option was presented at the time of sale, which is particularly important considering the potential cost of replacing such an item.
I believe that given the significant investment required to purchase this product, the customer should have been made aware to hold onto the sales receipt for decades that followed,
Please advise how we can successfully proceed further with the necessary repairs to my coat.

Always wanted Burberry sneakers, finally got them as a gift, but what a disappointment, cant wear them longer than 30 mins as feet gets so achy,,, also sweaty, didnt expect that from high price sneakers. Also started ripping already,,,, Very disappointed,,,,

Very bad experience in their store Noventa di Piave Italy.
Security didnt let me inside 100% on a national basis, even if im loyal customer to luxury brands there i had only problem with Burberry.

Never buy again from them.

Just bought a puff trench and the quality is fantastic. Next day delivery, no issues. WhatsApp service is great as you are chatting to someone within 4 minutes. No issues with the clothing previously purchased in the past or the current ones.

My mum's iron set on fire at work and all their supervisor at night shift say is to grab another one 😂
My mum burned her hand, no first aid was called, no incident report, no investigation, nothing.
She was also just dismissed from work for feeling poorly what increased her blood pressure due to high temperature on site. Her Team Leader wrote the resignation and asked her to sign it!! 😱 Following up she met with one of the higher managers to see if she could come back to work, he promised to get back to her before Christams and as of today (16th of Jan) no further contact was made by Burrbery HR department. Also, she was not paid for her outstanding holiday she accrued. No p45 or Return to work date. No notes from the meeting she have had with the manager before Christams.
Please think twice before applying for a job there as you will be just an ant or a number in this big corporation with no Work Union.

very bad and poor services, the value given to me is as much as the money I paid. I absolutely do not believe that their products have passed quality control. Product quality and durability is a complete disappointment

I think it's stupid to pay that kind of money only for Brent. There are things of the same quality, but at a lower price.
