Hello,
We haven't received both bikes yet, so the delay is unacceptable! We received an email from Buybestgear stating that if you order in mid-July, you'll receive them by mid-August! And once the order is activated, we receive a delivery date of mid-August, to be confirmed! This is unacceptable, especially since the money has already been collected at least six weeks before delivery!!!

I purchased the Vakole Co20 dual motor in August... to date I still haven't received the combo which was one of the reasons why I bought that bike... they keep telling me that the package was not returned by the couriers to their warehouses , so when he comes back they will send him back. (simply a ploy to break the sales contract, they've now taken the money...). the bicycle also had a battery problem which I solved myself at a cost of 160 euros... given that they didn't take any responsibility from the start. What else can I say!? never again! they are a gang of thieves who manage to scam people by exploiting the distance. this is my experience with them and their products.
