Had an issue with my necklace, however customer service were very responsive and resolved this for me within 24 hours. Never had such a prompt response and solution to an issue before.

Fast and problem solving approach made everything easy. I stated what is needed, and it was delivered

I placed an order on Saturday. I haven't had any updates or responses from the company.

They responded to the cancellation but not my order queries. So now the jokers have cancelled the order 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I ordered some jewellery which was to big so I returned if only for them to not refund me for ages so I threatened litigation and then they sent back half so then I sent loades of email trying to get the rest of my money so I had to contact PayPal and then they refunded my money after I provided enough evidence.

Absolute scammers I would highly recommend that you stay clear of them.

Typical cheap, slimy, pathetic online e-commerce scam - 100% focus on buying instagram ads, 0% focus on product quality, 0% focus on customer service.

I tried to purchase the Guidance pendant (gold). First, I got a generic "system error - please try again" when trying to buy the pendant and matching chain, which they offered a discount on. Had to ping customer support for 3 days just to get a first response on the tech issue. When they did reply, they said the matching chain was sold out - when I asked if I could buy a different chain and get the discount, they blew me off. CRAFTD customer support goes out of their way to be UNHELPFUL, I've never seen anything like it before. So I decided to just buy the pendant and get a chain locally. Their loss.

It gets worse...
The website clearly showed that the pendant would have 4 uniquely coloured inlays - red, blue, green, and white. The product I received only had red, green, and 2x pale white. This completely changes the aesthetic - now it looks tacky, vaguely Italian guido-style, not what I wanted at all. Should also mention that the product is smaller and significantly lower-quality overall than the photos. It looks like cheap plastic, the CZ gems are missing. Just terrible.

Again, I had to send 7 different messages to CRAFTD support and wait a week before even getting a first response. When they did decide to reply, the agent's first message told me "please don't send multiple messages, it backs up our queue." That's right - I was scolded by customer support for.... asking for support. Just utterly pathetic.

So in summary, just avoid this scam - they will send you cheap, fake Temu / Alibaba versions of what they advertise, and then ignore you when you ask for a refund.

The ability of the CRAFTD customer service to communicate and provide me with the information regarding the tracking of my package. I also appreciate CRAFTD giving me back $10 store credit.

In light of the previous reviews, I hope the product I have acquired is real and won’t tarnish.

My bracelet broke after a fair while of having it, emailed to check about the lifetime garuntee; they seem the photos and within 1-2 days of replying, they are sending me a new product free of charge. Fantastic customer service!

I’m giving it a solid 6/5, but I can’t add a star. I ordered a rope cross and a bracelet and both were incredibly elegant. I received compliments on them from the very first day. The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable. The customer service is also fantastic, responding quickly and resolving any issues. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I had an issue with a necklace I purchased, and the support team handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was clear, efficient, and very helpful throughout the process. They offered me store credit promptly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the support from David and the team. Highly recommended.

I bought a bracelet a while back and the part that holds it together didn't work so I wrote to costumer service and they answered very quick and offered to send a new one or store credit. Just wanted to tell that they have a great costumer service they handled the situation very well and the other products have great quality. I recommend:)

A brilliant brand with wonderful, personal customer service. I bought a chain for my teen son and I stupidly ordered wrong length. They changed the chain for me no quibbles with a lovely personal email for my son's birthday. Would always buy from here now. Also great quality and son hasn't taken chain off.

Wrong item was sent, they tried charging me for a replacement. Then illegally charged delivery of the replacement of the wrong item (Sale of Goods Act), I raised the issue, it was ignored and it still hasn’t been refunded.

This was end of February when I finally received the correct item, it is now 2 months later and the item is broken.

I raised a return a few days ago but can’t make contact with anyone.

Avoid.

I have ordered through CRAFTD before and I feel like their items have decreased in quality, so that is a little disappointing. It’s not terrible though.
On my most recent order they sent me the wrong ring, I asked for a replacement but in the end decided to return them both. They don’t cover return fees and it took about 2 months from the original order date to finally get my refund. Working with customer service took a lot of time and I had to consistently keep following up with them. Overall, due to the decrease in quality and the customer service experience, I don’t think I would order from them again. 🤷
