I have had an absolutely shambolic experience trying to return this completely useless product. It has now been over a month of attempting to send it back.
The treadmill belt does not have a proper tracking strip, so it won’t stay centred. As a result, it makes a horrendous noise during use. From the beginning, I made it clear that I wanted to return the product.
Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to unpack the boxed items I had already prepared for return so that I could provide numerous videos and photos. Customer service responses came only every few working days, dragging the process out even further.
To make matters worse, the desk component didn’t even arrive with the original order. It was sent out later — after I had already requested a return — which only complicated and delayed the return process further.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
If you value your time and sanity I would stay away

One star is too good for these highway robbers. Take your money then say they can’t deliver to my postcode. I live just off a main motorway junction not an obscure place.
Said they tried to deliver but I work from home and have had delivery attempt! Even my door camera has no record.

Avoid this company and save yourself a headache! I requested to return my treadmill as I got the measurements incorrect and when it arrived it was bigger than expected so I had nowhere to store it. Took over a week to get a return sorted out as they were very slow to respond to emails and kept offering me £20 to keep the item so each time I said no thank you it took another couple of days for a new response. I had to phone customer services twice and they finally arranged for the item to be collected from my property. 18 days later and I have heard nothing from deer run. For an expensive item, you would at least expect an email to confirm they are in receipt of the goods and processing a refund. Nothing. Contacted customer services twice now and both times I've been told they have limited information and need to find out if the item is back at the warehouse to process a refund. Put on hold forever. Surely after 18 days the item has been received, inspected and a refund is in process. Was told they would get back to me about the matter but on both occasions I've heard absolutely nothing so have had to do a chargeback on my credit card as I'm getting absolutely nowhere with them and tired of going around in circles. I just want my £200 back! Honestly one of the worst companies I've dealt with.

DO NOT BUY from deer run. Treadmill did not turn up when it was scheduled for. No way of communicating with deer run or delivery company. Go through bank to cancel order then suddenly they say item is on its way in 2 hours, say it’s delivered and but no where to be found. Still trying to rectify! Appalling company don’t waste your money!

I ordered a treadmill from this company. I opted for 4 day delivery but was informed 3 weeks later that the product was still not available for delivery. I contacted klarna to pause payments and canceled the order asking for a refund. Deerrun have emailed me multiple times threatening that they will not issue a refund unless I contact klarna and inform them I have received the treadmill. Very much a scam company and I have had over 6 emails from them stating they will not refund me so I am having to now take legal action.

Excellent from start to finish.
Delivery was quick and handled with care.
The installation of the Treadmill (DeerRun A1 Pro Folding Smart Treadmill with 6% Incline - 16 KPH) was straightforward -undoing the sturdy packaging was the hardest part.
Customer Service were quick to respond with a small query I had (I used both the deerruntreadmill.com email & pitpower.com email - the later responded first)
Very happy with my purchase of the DeerRun A1 pro , it meets our needs for losing weight & getting fitter, we leave it in situ in our spare bedroom for easy use. However please note do NOT lean on support/ balance arm rests on treadmill possibility of collapse, overall 9 out of 10 Gary North London

I have been looking for a treadmill for a while now and this is just right. It is easy to use, sturdy, perfect size for our place. I would order from DeerRun UK again.
Very poor experience. Ordered and paid for a treadmill. £30 charge added for “speedy delivery’. Two weeks and three enquiries later I was informed that they do not deliver to my area. I live in Inverness - a city with a population of 100,000.
So they then ask me to provide an alternative delivery address. Why? I am not likely to ask them to deliver to say, Edinburgh and then travel 300 miles round trip to collect my order.
So I demand a refund. That next offer me 20 US Dollars not to cancel an order that cannot be delivered.
Three weeks after placing the order I receive a partial refund. The delivery charge is not included in the refund.
So I complain once again, and they arrange for my delivery charge to be refunded. But only after telling me they have been very busy with orders, hence the delay.
I would therefore warn potential customers to be aware of what can happen with this firm.
I have had to waste valuable time registering a formal complaint to get any response from this company. But within this time I have received several emails from them asking how I am enjoying their product.
All in all, not a company to be trusted.

Awful experience
Trying to return product and been told to wait all day on courier no one shows up. Phoned and not known and said something about an email I haven’t had. Another week for collection. But not confirmed disaster AVOID!!

i ordered a boxing machine on the 9th of decmber, dowloaded the app and nearly 2 months later it is still in transit, called a month ago and was told i would be contacted with an update but no news, i cancelled the order today so lets see if i even get my money back?! complete waste of time and it was planned as a gift for xmas, very dissapointing

The walking pad is amazing but the app PitPat is REALLY, REALLY bad. I have had to track my walks with my fitbit instead because the app refuses to track anything I do, even after starting and finishing a walk with the app. Please make your own app or push for whoever made PitPat to make it good? It has a rating of 1.7 ish on Google Play Store....
Apart from that the walking pad is great, it is short and I have stacked it off the end twice but I am getting used to it! Very well packed, delivered quickly.
I was a little sceptical after placing my order when I read some of the reviews on here BUT I have to say I had no issues at all. I placed my order on Wednesday last week, and treadmill arrived on Monday this week. Admittedly the original delivery did say it would arrive betwwen Fri-Sun but one day out isn't all bad. I also contacted their live chat on Sunday for an update and they responsive and confirmed where my prouct was. So far loving the treadmill and great value for money.
I bought the deer run a5 pro for my wife she is made up with it it is still early days but seems great for now lightweight and easy to assemble and set up good to fold up and store away got it within the 5 days of placing order the only problem i had was didnt get any delivery date only recieved a phone call on day of delivery off the delivery driver when he was outside my house luckily i was in could of dome with a email to let me know when delivery was due rather than delivery driver turning up at my street then calling me to see if i was in
I ordered an A1 Pro treadmill on Saturday 24 January. I received a notification on Tuesday 27 January that it was due for delivery and delivery was attempted 15 minutes later. I was not at home when the notification came through but called the driver to say i would be home asap. I made several calls to the courier (all unanswered) as well as several communications with Deer Run. I was informed redelivery would take place within 24/48 hours - that didn't happen as I eventually found out it had been returned to Deer Run. I'm told a refund will take 7/12 days - we will see. The customer service from both Deer Run and the courier firm XL courier was truly appalling.

Ordered an exercise bike which arrived over a week late. It was supposed to arrive on a day when I knew I would be home, but as it was late, it was left outside my front door. After setting it up, I realised there was a fault with the left pedal so sent off for another one which took about another 2 weeks to come. The second pedal also didn't screw into the bike which meant either both pedals were faulty or it was fault with the bike itself. So I decided to return everything. The company arranged for the courier to pick up the bike. I received a message on the day from the courier saying they could no longer come. I had to take a day off work for this. I couldn't take another day off so arranged a same day courier to collect the bike which has left me out of pocket. It's just been a major inconvenience front the start. They are so slow at replying to messages and when you call, they don't really seem to know what they are talking about. Awful customer service and I regret the day I ever ordered from them.

Ordered treadmill and mat for underneath, the mat was delivered on time but then i received an email saying due to my postcode they couldnt deliver the treadmill, and requested in the email that i agree to them cancelling the order for a full refund, i have agreed several times to them cancelling the order for a full redund and keep receiving the same email back "apologosing" and asking if i agree to a full refund! So frustrating! Even recieved an email in spanish!! Avoid this company at all costs, take your custom anywhere elsw, this is clearly a scam and i just wish i had read some of these reviews before becominy yet another very unhappy customer!

am updating my review , as since posting here they have replaced the faulty treadmill with a working one that is working well and suits what i bought it for , If you have issues with the company support it seems complaining here gets their attention which is still bit of a shame but they have fixed all my issues now so happy to recommend

When ordering it says it was 3-5 days delivery. I waited 15 days. It was for someone’s birthday which meant I had to order another one from somewhere else. It was easy to contact the company and they were polite, however everytime I spoke to them they kept telling me that it was on way which became frustrating. I eventually emailed and asked to just cancel my order, which I have still to receive an email back and the parcel turned up 2 days after this. It was still advertising on website as 3-5 days delivery which I feel is false advertisement.
