I haven’t bought from Designer Exchange…
I haven’t bought from Designer Exchange before and didn’t know what to expect. To be honest, I was expecting to be disappointed - but WOW - what a beautiful bag - I say WOW again. It is in immaculate condition and is a beautiful bag. I have been looking for this bag style for a couple of years and found this one in pristine condition. I haven’t received my payment of £170 and it’s been 11 workings days, I left many emails no reply , I tried to contact the store and call disconnected straight away which is very strange. They got my 2 items and no payment and no reply. I just want my payment for the items you have for more than 2 weeks now.

Bad experience selling my bag online…
Bad experience selling my bag online with DE. After received online quote I sent my bag and it was delivered to them next day. However it's been 2 weeks now and I still have not received payment. Kept chasing them but no phone number, only email and it took a few days for them to answer their email with more excuses.

Lovely Mulberry Backpack…
Very pleased with my small Mulberry leather backpack. Looks brand new and smells lovely like it’s been polished (I believe they clean bags). Pleased that my phone fits in the small zipped compartment on the back of the backpack. The backpack came very well packed too in a cardboard box (which box the cats have been playing with so not discarded yet!)
