Obvious scam. Do not deal with this company.

They don't send what you ordered. Received a moisturiser. The cream I ordered was for calming aches and muscle pains. How the hell do Trust Pilot allow this I thought we were supposed to trust their reviews

Don’t buy from this company! I ordered three gels and only received two. One was opened and clearly used. When I contacted customer service they were completely unresponsive and didn’t care. This is a scam company!

If zero stars could be given that is what I would do, tried to cancel the order after 10 minutes of ordering, have been trying to return unopened product since delivery and no address available just generic email sent back, so you feel you are banging your head against a brick wall, I would love for this company to be answerable but no one seems to be able to help, I even paid through PayPal and they were useless

Do not order! I only received 2 when ordered 3- various emails later still no response- been using product in meantime- can’t say it’s doing anything it’s a gel that gets absorbed in your saliva rather than protect the gum that u can see- total waste of money and time- avoid!

my product was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel - wrong house number ,wrong road name and wrong post code. I contacted this company who showed me my parcel being posted in a letter box in a front door- not my front door I have a post box on the wall next to my door! Elyssencedema suggested I go to the address and ask for my parcel I asked for a form for a refund twice- I never received one.Finally got a refund from paypal.

Bought the product which offered 100 % refund if not satisfied, what a load of rubbish, they fob you off with a % of refund, also they are rip off, charged £30 for my product the same one is on Amazon for £5.99, absolutely disgusting company

Never received the product apparently it was lost by Yodel. Despite numerous contacts no refund issued.
Avoid this scam.

Scammers. I agree with all these negative reviews and I wish I had looked before purchasing. This company does not comply with its stated money back returns policy. I was offered a 10% refund on the basis that I had used the product, although I told them repeatedly that I had not. Then offered a discount on future purchases - as if! An absolute rip off.

Update: They have now increased their offer from 10% to 20% and now a 30% refund with a discount code on the basis that I have tried their product - which I have not, I have told them this repeatedly. On the front page of their website they say 'Satisfaction guaranteed. No problem. You can return or replace your order within 30 days. No questions asked.' This is absolutely not true. I have set up a formal dispute with the credit card company and will report to Trading Standards. It's probably not worth my time, but I just can't stand the way some online companies exploit their customers, when others are so honest.

This company sent me two Lush Lip plumping oil a much cheaper version of the the Plumpify Lip Plumping Serum that I originally ordered. I paid £34.99 for two, these Luch lop oils can be bought of many other genuine sites for£4.99 or less. This company are total SCAMMERS. They are still getting away with this scam and also giving a bad name to a company with a similar name, who are a genuine good company. Stay away from their fake Plumify advert on Facebook....at all costs.!!

Seriously this is a total SCAM, purchased two lip oils & they did arrive within the week but tried to contact the Elyssence company to explain that I was advised by friends that these lip oils are sold from Temu at £1.50, totally ripped off as paid £36 for two of these, iv now noticed that these sell lip oils are sold on many websites for less than £2 🤦🏻‍♀️
how stupid am I to think I was getting a great deal from this so called company 🤦🏻‍♀️
can't get through to speak to anyone as I want a refund but they remain bon feasible.
Do not purchase anything from this company or whoever they claiming to be.

I would give this company no stars. Total scam the lip plumper product is rubbish. They will not refund your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought the lip plumper and how disappointing. It made no difference at all. I contacted the company and they would only give a % of the cost as a refund . I have one unopened package which they didn't even acknowledge for a full refund. Will never buy from this site again and would never recommend to other buyers.

I ordered the lip serum 25/06/25 and I’m still waiting. They said it had been dispatched, Yodel say they haven’t received it and it’s not been put in the InPost Locker.
I messaged them again , they said they would check up on it. Now 6th August and nothing.
Lesson learnt here. I’ve emailed asking for refund , guess what. No reply

I’ve written a few times to this company, beginning back in May, on delivery the bottles were leaking and the packaging sodden, i immediately notified the company, I received an initial correspondence asking for pictures which I then sent, I received another email asking me to withdraw the PayPal dispute to receive a refund, I didn’t do this as it didn’t seem the appropriate way to deal with a complaint when I use PayPal for the security of ordering online, I’ve sent correspondence since to the company and have had no reply. Not at all impressed with the product which is not as described, the packaging damaged and the lack of customer service.

Misleading scam. It claims it has an excellent Trustpilot 5/5 but clearly that is wrong. It claims SensEase is the answer to all your female intimate problems which I very much doubt. Lots of people state they love it but I don’t believe it’s real, especially based on the comments here.

Website is misleading. Still waiting for my order. Communication is terrible and slow so ignore the so called 24/7 customer support. I assumed it was a fast delivery as apparently they are based in Wembly (I live in North West London but still waiting for order)
Regret ordering from this company and highly suspicious that when I finally receive my £44 worth of order it is going to ve a fake version. Wish I'd never heard of Elyssence Derma.
You have to be so paranoid these days to avoid being completely scammed!!!

I got caught with this con 🤬🤬. I ordered two bottles of "Magic Luxury Oil". I received two bottles of "West Month Magic Luxury Oil" l got in touch with them through email, they told me that it was a mix up in their packaging, but it was exactly the same, and would do the same job. They offered me 20 percent back, and a 10 percent coupon off anything I wanted 😒 😤. I just settled with them because when l'd been scammed a few months ago, PayPal sided with the scammers 🤬🤬🤬. I got £6.99 back from this mob. I'll be reading more reviews on Trust pilot 👍.
