Fantastic device that worked great for me!!!!

After being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea, my neurology team suggested using the Excite OSA device. I did the initial daily routine, then the weekly routine afterward. My follow-up sleep study showed a 45% improvement! I was sleeping better, and my wife rarely complained of my snoring. My dentist (who sells a different sleep apnea device) was so impressed with my results, he was going to look into carrying it in his office! I recently had an issue with the control unit not charging. After a brief chat through the Excite app, I have a new unit on the way. I could NOT be happier!!!

Veteran Experience

I am a disabled Iraq war veteran that has struggled with sleep related issues since my discharge in 2010. I can’t stand cpap devices and have had no success with them. My life changed when I began my Therapy with eXciteOSA! After 10 days of therapy my sleep improved immensely! I was never a prolific snorer, but now after 40 days my wife says I don’t make a sound! Great experience, thank you and highly appreciated

Very disappointed

I was so excited to get the ExciteOSA device in April of 2023 and paid $1,650 (the insurance did not cover it), plus renewal of the mouthpiece for $75, and diligently used the device every morning for over 100 days. I had a sleep study in August and my doctor told me that the sleep apnea was worse. I could not believe it. I was so disappointed. Now I am waiting to get my refund since I returned the device quite some time ago. I have not had any help.

Good Company Turned Really Bad

My husband, Vince, was prescribed an exciteOS device by his sleep doctor, Dr. Abreu. Everything was great until about six months ago. They shut off your unit and do not have replacements. They give you different answers to your questions. I can go on and on. Bottom line is we are looking into ways to shut this company down for the deception.

My sleep doctor prescribed the exiteOS…

My sleep doctor prescribed the exiteOS for my mild sleep apnea. I have been successfully using it for the past 50 days, and my wife says my snoring has notably improved. The Excite app is very easy to use, and helps keep me on track as far as my progress. Everyone at Signifier Medical have been wonderful to work with. Keith initially walked me through every step, and went into great details to ensure I felt comfortable. Cristin also has been very helpful, and gave me some great tips to keep my device clean and working efficiently. Definitely happy with my purchase, with the service, and I would recommend using the exiteOS.

Review

I recently embarked on a journey to find a solution for my sleep apnea and I am thrilled to share my experience with finding the eXcite OSA device. After struggling with CPAP therapy and feeling disheartened, I began this treatment. I am so excited about it. The customer service provided by the eXcite team is nothing short of exceptional. Dealing with sleep apnea can be overwhelming, but the support and guidance I received from their team made the process seamless. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring success with the device.

Better nights rest

After being a long time suffering from snoring and restless nights I do believe that this device is starting to make a difference. I’m nearing the end of the first phase of the 42 days trials and have noticed that I wake a lot less from my sleep pattern and feel more rested apon waking. It’s easy to use, yes a bit expensive but if I knew then what I know now that this is the one item that’s going to make the most difference I would have just spent the money on this. . Don’t waste your time and money on the cheap gimmicks and quick fix items. Try eXciteOSA.
They have a money back guarantee and trial period so I thought what the heck. I do still have the odd snores but I would like to think that long term use will help reduce this further.

Used the Exite as manual , no help at all

I used the Exite osa product for the recommended 6 weeks every day and then followed the mainteneance as preciribed, Very dissapointed to say that on a review by my sleep clininc, my episodes of osa, were no better than the first time I was tested 10 years ago. Despite the fact I am fitter healthier and go to the gym 3 days a week. The Exite product did nothing for me, need a refund

Very impressed with this

I'll admit, I was skeptical of this treatment - $1,600+ CAD for this little mouthpiece and Bluetooth device? I figured it was worth a try to avoid using a CPAP machine... and I have to say, I'm very impressed with the results. I do notice being able to stay asleep for longer periods of time, and I feel more well-rested in the mornings. The treatment is very non-invasive and takes up very little time... so long as you adhere to the schedule, I think this would work well for anyone with mild sleep apnea. Great stuff!

it works! (for the right patient)

I was initially a bit skeptical about their claim of turning type-2 muscles in the tongue to type-1, but after going through the buildup phase of six weeks, I felt a noticeable improvement in my alertness during the day. I have mild OSA and mostly struggle with tongue base collapse (as seen during a drug-induced sleep endoscopy) so this is the perfect non-invasive therapy for me.

It works!

My wife (Pam) started using the eXciteOSA in June 2023. After several sessions I noticed that her deep breathing and snoring were decreasing. She has continued to use the device regularly over this four-month period, and her sleeping (and mine!) continue to improve. Jeff

I wish I could write a positive review

I wish I could write a positive review. I really tried with this product—three six-week episodes and a few more weeks on maintenance with only about three total weeks of non-use. My sleep study results after the first six weeks indicated, however, that I was snoring louder and more frequently than I was prior to using the product. I was so hopeful, and then so disappointed. I continued using the product in the hope of improvement, but my snoring has worsened. I did not pay the initial $150 renewal, and am now locked out of the app, so I cannot know if further use would be beneficial in my case. This product was so expensive and did not work for me at all. I should be entitled to a refund.

I tried CPAP machine for 2 years and I…

I tried CPAP machine for 2 years and I couldn’t get comfortable using it. I couldn’t breathe well and would remove it at night. It usually gives me anxiety attacks. My doctor recommended me ExciteOSA, been using it twice a week, and it’s noticeably better. Anxiety attacks aren’t happening and I’m able to sleep better. Definitely recommend it.

eXcite definitely beats CPAP

I started using the eXcite OSA device because I was so frustrated with trying to use a CPAP machine. I was always having to adjust the nose piece, the hose was constantly in the way, both of which really disturbed my sleep. I used the eXcite OSA device daily for four weeks before stopping the CPAP machine. I continued using the eXcite OSA device daily for another four weeks and then switched to every other night which is what my doctor recommended. The device is so easy to use and only takes 20 per treatment.

I could not be more pleased with this device. Just getting rid of the CPAP machine alone has greatly improved my sleep. I no longer wake up with headaches which was a daily occurrence prior to receiving treatment for my sleep apnea.

The only negative about starting with the eXcite OSA device is that insurance does not cover the device at this time. I was desperate to find an alternative to the CPAP machine, so for me it was money well spent!

Easy protocol to improve sleep and snoring

I was very interested in the Excite OSA device after reading about it and hearing some others that struggled with SA and snoring find luck with it. I tlaked to my MYO therapist about it who got me hooked up with a dentist in my area that could look at me and prescribe it. It's been a very good experience thus far and my Whoop sleep numbers are better and I am having less disturbances during sleep. Also, I have recently been tested and I am now completely off the sleep apnea scale.

I would not go as far as to say it…

I would not go as far as to say it does not work, it just did not work for me. I tried it for 6 months rather than 6 weeks just to be sure but I felt no benefit. Easy enough to use. An expensive item to buy and a further cost of £70 every 3 months to replace the mouthpiece so I felt no point in spending any more money.

Very Excited - Awesome Customer Service 4 stars but only because I haven't…

4 stars but only because I haven't completed treatment. Hoping for 5! I was thrilled to be offered eXciteOSA as a simpler alternative to CPAP. The device and the app are easy to use, even for a non-tech like myself. While treatment progresses, I have been very impressed with the Patient Advocate Team. They have offered help if needed, been available for questions, and given helpful advice. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable, they genuinely want to help you have a successful outcome. Thank you, Cristin and Jennifer!

Thank goodness for Cristin

Thank goodness for Cristin! She saved the day! Company that I bought the product through left us stranded after obtaining eXcite product. Had no help getting the device set up. It wasn't until two weeks or so later that Cristin from eXciteOSA truly helped get me using this AMAZING product! Thank you Cristin and glad to use this product! Much easier than a CPAP!
