I use foto.com occasionally and have never had any problems with orders or delivery time. On this occasion I ordered two photobooks. While generally very pleased with the quality several of the photos have printed much darker then they appeared on the website when I was compiling it. Not sure there's much that can be done but that's my only gripe.

A month and no product has arrived
23 days since order was shipped and no sign of delivery even though they admit a mistake on my address. No refund or reprint as requested so far and continually being told to wait a few more days. Its now a month since ordering in the first place. A real pity as I have used in the past with no issues however this has left a sour taste with no real effort from the company to resolve.

The product of was good quality and delivered extremely fast. Good value for money. Creating the photo book was a bit frustrating as I wanted to swap photos between pages, but wasn't able to. Would use again though.

The design site keep going wrong and when i finished I could not place my order, the help line were next to useless, when i finally ordered the book it took over a week to turn up from when they said they dispatched it there tracker said i had not placed order was very disappointed when it did turn up some pages cropped the pictures two sets of pages stuck together, paper quality rubbish

Due to a technical error my first order…
Due to a technical error my first order was debited but didnt go through. They were easy to contact and very helpful. I got a refund and my items reordered. When they arrived they were well packaged and very good quality. I must stay very reasonably priced. Will be using them again for more items
