Very quick delivery and a quality product, could have done with a bit more of the glue just not quite enough in one tube but two would have been in excess and wasteful. Maybe a half more and the fur would have been perfect

Form and Function over Perfection
Read all the reviews watched lots of videos, there are cheaper alternatives but not UK based with a 5 year warranty. Everything is provided including plenty and I mean plenty of that messy black adhesive lol. It all ships out fast in a secure package.

Frustrating postage experience
Really frustrating experience. I paid £18 for delivery and it still took three working days over a weekend — ordered on Thursday and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. I contacted the company to find out what was happening because DHL Express hadn’t updated the tracking at all.
The delivery was supposed to arrive on Monday, and since it didn’t, I understand the company can claim the shipping cost back — yet no refund was offered. I never received a callback from customer service either. Overall, very disappointing service.

On behalf of the courier, I apologise for the delivery arriving a day late. The estimate was 1-2 working days, and the courier took 3 working days to deliver. Unfortunately, DHL's Ts&Cs make clear that they will not refund an order which is late, only those which are lost.
