Glitchy Website

It took four attempts to book my shipment due to glitches in the booking process:

* First attempt I was told the session had expired.
* Second attempt I couldn't pick a collection date or time.
* Third attempt wouldn't let me pre-pay duty.
* Fourth attempt worked a charm.

Fingers crossed everything goes OK from here!

GOT NEGETIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY FOR THIS COMPANIES FAILURE

Waisted whole day for them to turn up and collect my parcel but they failed. Contact them and were told that they will email me but they also failed. Now I’m having to arrange alternative. I’m hoping that I’ll be refunded my money as this company absolutely failed me and caused me to get a negetive feedback on my eBay account

Helpful delivery duo

I could not have asked for more. Above and beyond. My parcel arrived on time, the two people in the van asked where I would like the heavy item placed - it was a very heavy set of wooden garden steps - they placed it exactly where I needed it, and were extremely polite and helpful. I was impressed and told them. One introduced himself as John.

One parcel has been picked up and will be delivered the other has not.There are differing stories from the staff.
