Horrendous experience. When you buy, goods get shipped from UK, when returning, it goes to Netherlands. UPS destroyed my attached invoice and took me ages to resolve to undo the hold on the shipment.... See more

Useless headphones - don’t buy. Second pair I’ve brought now, in both occasions the sound quality has diminished very quickly, ear buds regularly stop working. I won’t be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a headphone which I did not like it. I have made all the process to return the item, but they don't provide me a shipping label to return it. I contacted the customer service several times, but no one seems to be able to solve the issue. It will take forever until I am able to return this product. Hopefully I won't have problems with the refund process (which I doubt). Save your time and don't buy anything from them!

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Do NOT purchase from them. I sent my parcel back on 5th January 2024, today is 10th February 2024 (Over a month now) and still waiting for a refund. Received an email today stating they are still investigating what has happened to the parcel and cannot issue a refund even though I have proof on my end that the parcel has been sent back.

Customer services are in Holland so a complete nightmare to deal with. I would highly recommend not to buy from them. Customer service is terrible also.

They do not send the product purchased with the campaign.

They sent the product to their own warehouse and processed it as delivered. When I reported the situation to the customer service department, they told me that the amount paid for the product would be refunded. When I said I want you to send the product, they said we can't do that. because I had a 200 pound discount code and they literally confiscated it. I have been trying for days to get what I deserve, no one cared. I sent an e-mail to their managers, but they did not pay attention. I thought this brand was reliable, but it wasn't. There is incredibly poor customer relationship management. They are damaging the reputation of the JBL brand. I do not recommend.

Appalling Customer Service

Same experience as customer review 22 November 2023. Tried to return a sound bar that did not work with my TV, but the shipping label printed as a battery label because the UPS shipping return URL link was the same as the battery label. I informed a Harman rep on 29 November about the problem and he told me he would refer it to the Sales Team for action. I have still not received a return label despite another 2 online chats and a telephone call. They just appear not to be interested. I cannot, therefore, return the product and receive a refund, despite Harman's 30 day return policy as advertised on their website. Furthermore, if you try to email their support, the form flashes briefly and then crashes. The company's customer service is a disgrace. I will, however, take legal action if I do not get a return label and a refund.

The guy Claudio told me to wait then “lost connection” second guy Jesus Jose S was just not listening to me I said to him “I spoke to someone previously” his response was “I don’t know” then proceeded to call me “sir” is there no training? Or so they give anyone a job? They still not resolved my situation

Failed delivery - appalling customer service

Would rate 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered some headphones and received a delivery timescale of 3-4 working days. I then received notification of a 4-hour delivery window for the fourth working day - it came and went and nothing was delivered. There was nothing to indicate why the slot had been missed or what was going on so I raised the issue with UPS and JBL. I was then given a second delivery slot for the next day - and nothing was delivered. Eventually, three days later, I received another email with a delivery slot. This time, I got a notification to say the item could not be delivered to me at home as a signature was required - I had been home but no-one had even tried to deliver the package to me there. I complained to JBL whose only offer was that I stay home for a fourth day while they attempt delivery again. An immediate refund was refused (they said I'd have to wait for UPS to return the package to them and then wait up to another 14 days for them to process the refund). On top of that they refused any compensation for all the inconvenience and wasted time unless I spent more money with them. They also told me they would escalate the complaint to management but did not do this. Appalling service.

Bought Jbl soundbar 1000

Just bought a jbl soundbar 1000
The company is not in UK ,they sent it from Netherlands.
I was a bit concerned because I didn't receive a dispatch email, only a confirmation of order.had to contact them via their website and they where so helpful a d gave me a tracking adress so I could see where my order is .I ordered on a Monday and received next week in Tuesday. No issue

I ordered the endurance peak 3…

I ordered the endurance peak 3 headphones. The products come from the EU but they don't tell you that so returning them is not so straightforward. The product was v poor sounding , they are not cheap but sounded almost broken. I returned them immediately which as I say is difficult because you need to use UPS and it requires packaging for EU returns.
They never send an email to confirm they have received the product back.I had to call them to confirm this only to be told that the money takes up to 2 weeks from them authorising the payment. So expect 3 to 4 weeks before your money comes back. Good for their cash flow bad for yours.
Customer Service to be fair answer the telephone but clearly have no appreciation that their service and products are poor so they are unlikely to see a need to change it. I brought Sennhieser instead miles better.

Could not even order

The only way a payment would go through is using Klarna - at least it would seem like it. The page would say that the order is received, and I received a confirmation email, but sometime later the order was cancelled due to some issue with the payment. No email was received regarding this issue, so a week passed until I knew something's not right - I did not receive my order. When I contacted jbl, they said the problem is with Klarna and that they do not receive any details about it from them. Funnily enough, when I contacted Klarna, they told me the issue is on jbl's side. After confronting jbl they had nothing to say. Their only suggested solution was to try placing an order again. When asked about the issue with my payment, they simply said "there's nothing further we can do".
I have nothing to say about their products since I never received anything, but it's probably best to avoid purchasing directly from their online shop if you value your nerves.

Having owned two JBL Bluetooth speakers…

Having owned two JBL Bluetooth speakers during the last 8 years , I was pretty impressed with the products . However , having purchased a JBL charge 5 approx two years ago , I thought I was set for a few years of easy listening .
That waa until last night , when my speaker started dying , and even after a charge for hours , it once more went into the red zone of zero charge .
It appeared as if the battery was in melt down . And for a speaker that cost me close £160 , that not a great track record .
I’ve just ordered a new JBL 5 , but then thought , what am I doing ! Shouldn’t JBL be replacing my old speaker or at least the battery , before I stump up more cash for a unit this early on ?!
I searched in vain for tnr original receipt / online purchase , but I’d very much appreciate if JBL could contact me to resolve this . My credit card details and delivery address are the same as three years ago .
So it wouid resore some faith if my original unit could be mended . Thanks a lot

Headphones so quiet they are pointless !!!

Brand new Reflect Flo Pro headphones are so quiet that you have to be in a totally quiet room to hear anything through them. They are useless if you are out in the street, or on the dog walk. For a costly set of headphones, I am extremely disappointed. My two old pairs of JBL headphones were never this quiet.

All round great!

Honestly, I do not understand what these reviews are about. I have bought 3 things from uk.jbl.com and all have been great! The first and second were JBL Link Portables (in separate orders) and the third was a JBL Charge 5. All of these items arrived on time and got great customer services from chat, didn’t try phone but judging from chat they were great!

Delivered as promised

So, ordered the earbuds as a Christmas gift on Sunday, then my account didn’t work, password reset email still not came through yet, read the reviews on trustpilot and paniked! But after two days got a tracking update and furthermore on Friday tgey were delivered. Not sure if they work as no one wants an opened already Chrismas prezzie, yeah, it seems you’re dealing with an automated service, but I got my stuff well under the 8 days estimated delivery date…so very happy…and the 10% discount worked…so way cheaper than Curry’s

I was very wary after reading all these…

I was very wary after reading all these reviews however it all worked out in the end, and I did receive my Jbl Charge 5 within 5 working days not counting the bank holiday and weekend. I will say tho that the UPS delivery tracking was stuck on “label created” for many days which was unnerving.

After getting in contact with customer service they let me know it was on the way and the bank holiday may cause delay.
I would purchase in person as opposed to online just to skip any anticipation.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! Ordering online was easy and i received emails to say the item was sent however that's when it all went downhill. Firstly I wasn't aware the item was coming from outside the UK. Was told delivery 3-5 business days gave them until the 5th day contacted them as the courier tracking info hadn't changed for 5 days. Was dealt with by very rude CS rep, was told that I just had to wait, they couldn't chase Courier and I should do it myself. At which point I did and was told that JBL had failed to send a commerical invoice and therefore the parcel was stuck with UK Customs and would never be delivered. I went back and told them this and they basically accused me of lying and said the online tracking info said it was in the UK, I agreed that was it said online but they needed to call them, and again was told they couldn't phone them or raise it with the courier as a dispute. Literally for the last 7 days I have now been arguing for them to talk to courier. Item is now over 10 days late, luckily paid through PayPal so dispute has been raised so hopefully refund will come soon so i don't need to keep wasting my time with this shambolic company.
Avoid them as dealing with their CS team is infuriating & time consuming.

I just cannot understand all of these…

I just cannot understand all of these negative reviews.
I have now ordered about 5 or 6 products from these guys and never ever had a problem! The latest a JBL Xtreme 3 in camouflage. Ordered 8th delivered 11th as per the promise. Product is fantastic and has brilliant build quality and the sound is also deep and powerful.
Thank you once again uk.jbl.com! Very happy!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, I would not order from them again, every part of the process has been a shambles at best, they lie about delivery times, they lie about tracking, the lie about processing your order, you call them out on any of it they just hang up the phone or leave your chat, I have all the chat logs to prove it, horrible customer service, horrible company, really wish I checked these reviews first
