I have been using J. Janan perfume for my family for more than 5 years, and I absolutely love the smell and how long-lasting it normally is. This was my first time ordering it online from J., and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. When I received the package, it looked different and I honestly thought it might be fake. The fragrance also didn’t last long at all. I even took it to a J. shop and asked if it was original, and they confirmed it was, but also said that the fragrance doesn’t last very long. I’m really upset because Janan is my favourite perfume, and I expected the same quality as before.

Very disappointed with the 5 men’s kurta pajama suits I bought from here. After just **one wash, the colours faded so badly** that the clothes look completely different. Honestly, you wouldn’t even believe they are the same colours I originally bought. This is extremely poor quality and very disappointing, especially considering the price. **I definitely would not recommend buying from here. Very bad experience.**

Bought 12 months old girl baby’s clothes. Firstly they were costly secondly they were not worth the cost. It has so strange smell to it which is unfortunate and not good for infants. Don’t know how to return plus it’s so much time consuming. I had got it for someone to gift them, but can’t gift this at all.

It was soo good the quality were incredible and the dress were soo good

I ordered a set online and without checking in the daylight, I hand washed it so that I could wear it the next day. After washing and drying I found out that the shirt & the trousers were of different shades. I contacted the company and they said they can't replace or refund because their policy is that they will only refund or exchange if unwashed and unworn. I'm extremely unhappy about it.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased this outfit as an Eid gift, and unfortunately, it turned out to be of extremely poor quality. Upon first use, black fibers started coming out of the fabric and spread all over the body and inner clothing. To make matters worse, when the outfit was washed the same day, it released a significant amount of color.

The outfit was damaged after just one use, which is completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend this product.

Very bad experience i am very unhappy 1st ordered for my daughter right size 12 but it was small size and my daughter wear every where same size 12 they are perfectly fit then send back ordered another 1 i paid 3 times postage which is very bad even it wasn't my fault more bad thing they have give you only 7 days return time no customers service if you want to talk with any1 no1 is there so very bad experience i ordered becoz of Junaid Jamsheed overall very poor experience never shop again
