Terrible customer service
My order was sent back without my approval. All payed for. Khaadi has given the worst customer service experience. If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would love that, as Khaadi doesn’t even deserve a single star that is forcefully taken in order for a review to be submitted. I have been told I’ll be refunded and can re-buy the items I originally purchased once they are re-listed and must stay glued to the Khaadi website. Once the item are re-listed as they are only a specific size and of a tiny quantity I am only going to see it all go into someone else’s bag. Worst shopping experience and terrible customer service.

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. Cannot believe I didn’t read all these reviews before I purchased from khaadi. I had 2 suits missing out of the 7 suits. It’s been 2 months and still no refund or “declaration form” send to me via post. I don’t even care about the refund at this point. So disgusting..

This store is a shame. I am not surprised nor shocked to see over 80% of 1star rating. If there was an option, YES I would have given negative rating too,
Because the store had 50% off so I went in to look around. I even checked in with the sales staff if everything is included in 50% or just some section, she said everything. I bought 2 Kurti, the shop was chaotic, a queue was getting longer however both the staffs were doing nothing to shorten customers journey. I should have left at then, but waited and bought both Kurti.
I am size 16 and sometime have to wear 18, but their size 16 is like U.K size 20-22 hence 1week later I had to go back.
But of course the staff claimed sale items are exchange only so I asked for credit (because one week later those same clothes were full price now and only selected were for 50%). By this point I had enough their unprofessionalism, hence I asked if the store credit can be used online because I did not want to see any of their face. The lady said it can only be used in store.
On this second visit there was absolutely no queue, there were 2staff, one continued serving the customer however the other lady served one customer took some returned clothes and went to arrange in the railing!!! Where on earth these ladies are receiving the training from? Aren’t you suppose to serve the customers first? Your store was quiet like an isolated desert yet you chose to arrange the returns over 2customers on queue who had 2clothes each? Duh!!! Are you guys for real??? What a disgrace!!! The owner of this Khaadi should either CLOSE THE WHOLE FRANCHISE IN U.K or RE TRAIN THEIR STAFF about TREATING EVERY CUSTOMER FAIRLY AND WITH RESPECT.

Fabulous embroidered clothes and cuts.
Delivery service was exceptional. Both khaadi and DPD updated frequently, in good time and were accurate with their delivery times. Not only that but also made more than one attempt when they didn't find us home the first time and left my package exactly where I had directed them to on the option to 'modify delivery'. Frankly I have never had such accurate delivery experience in the UK. I ordered twice online and both times the delivery service from khaadi and DPD was of the same perfect quality. The clothes are beautiful and exquisitely worked. I got two/4 items on unbelievable sale prices of less than £6/-
For 5'6" and 56 kg, XS or size 8 for shirts and size 10 for pants works.
Khaadi is Partnering with DPD to commit scams!!!!
Ordered a dress for my wife, on 19th April, received notification on the DPD app delivery on 23rd. On 23rd got notification out for delivery, few hours later received notification to say parcel will be delayed. Spoke to DPD they have no tracking updates and can't tell me why its delayed!!! Spoke to Khaadi they're telling they dispatched the item and need to speak with DPD for an update. What they are actually doing is Khaadi didnt have the item in stock they make it look like DPD has the item when they dont have it. It's a retail strategy to keep the customer waiting until they get the item back in stock in order to resend to you so you can't cancel or ask for a refund. After a few days they with will email you we have spoken to DPD and the item is now lost! They do this all the time. If you call DPD they will divert you to KHAADI and vice versa. Complete delay scam!! AVOID never order anything from a retailer thats low in stock! or via DPD ever!

I started to do more online purchases…
I started to do more online purchases then going in to store, you find more lines added online than in store. Before I used to go every time to the store it was messy and long queues. The quality of the items are great happy with the recent orders. I introduced to my family members and they also buy online. Reduced online postage cost so that's a great news.

A fantastic experience online and in store
A fantastic experience online, over the phone and in Westfield London. I came across this store randomly at Westfield Whitecity and love their colourful trousers in particular. I decided to order online and having read some of the negative reviews I felt a little apprehensive.
It was a brilliant experience. My orders were sent via DPD, I made one return which was also via DPD and I received the refund quickly. I called them a few times when I had some issues finding a product, it is easy to speak to a human. The phones are answered. I can't complain. The only issue I have is, it would be useful if they can put the name of the product in the order email so if I wanted to see if they have the item in a different size I could. Otherwise a very pleasant experience

Don't even deserve 0 star. As in line with many other negative reviews, i have also been scammed by khaadi too. I ended up placing duplicate order due a so called "technical glitch" on thier end, which they insisted could not be cancelled and gave me an option to either refuse the delivery or send the whole order back using the returns label.
Luckily, i read these reviews before deciding which option to use ( i wish i had read reviews before purchasing). Due to many people being scammed with returns etc, i decided to refuse delivery. It has been a nightmare since. they are pretending that they have refunded but the money is nowhere to be seen in my account. Delivery was refused on 24/01/2024 and i still am chasing my refund. they keep lying that they issued the refund on 2/02/2024. i am having to go through my bank to recover my money. absolute scam. i will not recommend on the basis of my experience.
19/04/2024. Thank you for reply today, but issue has not been resolved. My refund is still not in my account and it's been over 2 months. I have opened dispute through the bank.

ZERO STARS!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I visited Khaadi in Trafford Centre to get a refund after 2 days of purchasing the clothes. First at the till, this Sales Assistant commented negatively on my face saying I had too much cream on! I was dumbfounded but did not reply. (I could have put her into her place but didn't want to stoop down to her level).
Next thing she does is to start sniffing the clothes, the crotch part of the shalwar ( yes I know! and it seemed like she was enjoying it! What a freak!) and the kameez and did this continuously even offering the other girls at the tills to sniff too! I thought for a moment is this really happening! Is this the UK or have I had a time slip in reality! She then says that a refund cannot be offered as it has been worn! I stood my ground by saying that you expect me to wear the items with the tags!
Khaadi need to be reported as they are clearly violating UK consumer laws.

A little surprised at the negative reviews here. My experience with them has been stellar. I ordered some stunning items in the sale, which were exactly as described but due to the variance in the styles I found some to be a little big. I sent some of these pieces back a few days later and promptly received my refund.
Although postage is on the higher side it is free if you order over a certain amount.

Ordered more than £500 in suits online and got in a situation where I had to go away to deal with a situation when I got back I approached to see if they could help with giving me a credit note on a few of the suits which were far too big on me, they refused to help at all and not understood my situations and worries and refused to even compromise on it as one-off occasion, the person I spoke to completely disagree with everything with every plan I was offering even like you can offer to give me a credit note on the lowest selling price you are selling the item for now, he completely refused any options I was coming up with and told me ‘’No we can’t do anything for you at all so it’s pointless for me to even offer you to speak to anyone in higher authorities”, I am very disappointed in the way it was handled and how they could have easily resolved this situation. I do understand that everybody has regulations and policies, but I was willing to compromise with even losing some of the money on my garments, but I didn’t get the full support and help for what I was expecting from KHAADI So no Khaadi very bad you have not good customer service and not a good way of dealing with a complaint or problems.

Avoid buying on line
I have previously bought in their shops and been very happy. Then I purchased online what I thought was a 2-piece outfit but discovered when it arrived that it was in fact two lengths of fabric which needed to be sewn into garments. I folded them carefully and returned them in the original packaging together with a completed returns form and the barcode. They refused to refund me, claiming that the paperwork was incomplete and that I'd worn the garments (pretty difficult since they were not made up garments!) I said that if they were not going to refund me please could they return the items. I could at least donate them to charity. The answer was an emphatic no, and I was told I could collect them from the warehouse (nowhere near me and I'm 75.) I have emailed again, attaching the relevant consumer laws relating to online purchases and asking for a refund, return of goods or a credit note. Their reply asked for 'more time' and I can see they will drag their feet indefinitely over this. They cannot have their cake AND eat it - they are refusing to refund but hanging onto the goods. I have no proof that they won't re-sell! The amount involved is very small, but it's the principle of the thing. They are openly flouting consumer law.

Khaadi does even deserve a 1, it should be in the minuses. The customer service is awful, staff in the stores are never happy, always grumpy. Place an order online, and they provided a gift card as the order was returned late. Which is fine. But the credit note is for 14 days. Hello this is my money to spend at your store, therefore, you should not have a time limit on the money I spent, as it is my money, therefore, I should be able to use it as and when I please. This store in the UK, not India or Pakistan. Theft is not allowed here.

So disappointed and unhappy with the sizes I received. This was the second time I ordered online from Khaadi. They delayed my delivery even though I had paid for the postage. When finally receiving the order, the sizes were too big and when I contacted customer service, they said to refer to the size guide - although it does not make any sense. Two of my Kurtas were good size but two of them were too big with not much different on the size guide. Wasn’t even offered to exchange or refund these. Getting these kurtas fitted will now cost double or triple the cost of what they were. Don’t trust the tags and size guide at all. Won’t be ordering again.
