Extremely Disappointing Experience with…

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Khaadi
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the brand Khaadi, and I feel compelled to share it. Initially, they sent me the incorrect item which additionally had visible marks caused by glue used to stick something to the suit. This was unacceptable right out of the box.

When I reached out to their customer service, not only did they fail to exchange the damaged item with the correct one, but they also refused to issue a refund! Despite making multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they outright refused to acknowledge their responsibility, leaving me stuck with a defective, incorrect item that they did not return or offer a refund.

It is completely their fault, yet they have made no effort to correct it. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is inexcusable.

I have already contacted consumer protection authorities and reported their wrongdoing. I will never shop with Khaadi again and will advise others to avoid them as well. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal where I am at a loss through no fault of my own.

Do better, Khaadi.

SADLY I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR RATING IN ORDER TO MAKE A COMMENT.
THIS STORE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION OF MINUS STARS THEN IT WOULD BE, MINUS 10 STARS.
THE OWNERS AND THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.
A STORE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVISES, NO MANAGEMENT, NO MORALS.
BADLY TRAINED STAFF.
BE CAREFUL THEY FALSELY ACCUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS OF STEALING.
WHEN CONFRONTED TO PROVIDE PROOF THEY RUN AWAY.

I am a regular customer of Khaadi, Stratford

I am a regular customer of Khaadi,Stratford UK. I like there most of the collections. There customer service was good. But my recent experience was different. After moving to a big floor their quality of customer service ìs markedly decreased. I was looking for a size of a particular dress but no one was there to help me. I found only one girl named Shamima (she is very helpful and friendly with customer as always) but that time she was busy serving other customers in the till, so she couldn't help me on that moment. I was surprised to see only one staff in this whole floor to help the customer. It was shame that I had to leave the shop without buying any thing because of poor customer service.

Rubbish customer service I get wrong…

Rubbish customer service I get wrong order instead of kurti both pants even if u buy cloths for more then £80 u hv to pay for delivery which is £4 and u cannot return the item to store which is insanely stupid big name with rubbish service big shame

Rubbish customer services not once but…

Rubbish customer services not once but several times. Items missing from order without being notified then had to place new order which means paying another £4 delivery charge for the same missing item. They're unwilling to reimburse and have always had similar issues in the past with then where they're not willing to accept responsibility for anything they do wrong

Great service and lovely salwar kameez

I am a regular customer with khaadi. They never fail to provide me with great service. Ordered two 3 pc suits. Quality absolutely first class. From ordering to delivery was only 3 full days. Suits well packaged. I am very happy with this company. Have bought numerous suits both on their website and in person at the Manchester store. Lovely helpful staff at the Trafford Centre store. Will work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

U had a missing kurti from my parcel

U had a missing kurti from my parcel. Had contacted Khaadi help desk who said they had escalated to relevant team and I’ll get an email. Got an email saying that the Kurta had been sent and they had sent me an image of the parcel being delivered, that wasn’t my issue my issue was a kurta being missed in parcel. I had asked them to send me proof that the kurta was sent, they said case is now closed as the warehouse team said 10 items were sent. It can be human error where it hadn’t been placed in parcel but Khaadi were being arrogant and closed case without customer satisfaction

I ordered a summer kurta online which…

I ordered a summer kurta online which didn't meet my expectations. I tried to return it in Khdi store and they refused to accept it and said they couldn't find it on their computer. The kurta had all the tags and information on delivery packet but they still didn't give me an exchange. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from khadi as they could have given me an exchange...was so simple but they refused. There was apparently nothing wrong with the package either.
Very disappointing

There was a time when Khaadi actually housed beautiful, classy pieces in material of exceptional quality but for the last 3 years it has all gone downhill. The material, quality, design, colours, fit. Their clothes are actually ugly now. Wake up Khaadi.

Khaadi has one of the worst customer services or company with no ethics I’ve ever come across. I ordered a online item (paid £49.00) which was just delivered at the wrong address when asking for my refund back as I didn’t get the item khaadi’s response regarding my refund after six weeks was the item was was delivered and declined my refund back! Disgusting..

Horrible Customer service

So, I shopped with this company for the first time while in Birmingham, and the customer service was wonderful, sadly, the wonderful service I received was not representative of the online customer service. I called customer service as I had a question about the colour of an item. I provided the male rep the item number and he quickly said the item was sold out in all sizes, he said this despite the item being in my cart and showing was available for purchase. In fact seconds after the call ended, the item was still available and I was able to proceed to the checkout with the item. I called customer service four times, but despite the opening hours showing 24 hours, no one answered the calls. I ultimately submitted an email to complain, and received a number of lies and excuses. They claim that the stock changes daily, however, the item was available during the call to the rep, then they claimed that they were busy, and that was why no one answered my calls?? This company is horrible, and they have lost a customer.

DO NOT MAKE ONLINE ORDERS - SCAM

DO NOT MAKE ONLINE ORDERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned an online order to receive and email stating the item is damaged so it's non-refundable. Nothing was wrong with the item it was sent back in perfect condition. I am not the first person they done this too I take it they need the money and they kept the item also.

When they refunded me for other items I also returned the refund given including minus the so called damage dress still was incorrect refunded me lesser amount than what was owed

When replying to them back I keep getting sent automated replies.
