It's obviously a bit awkward having to return to Spain for an exchange and it's a shame uk stockists don't offer the full range of sizes, but now I know the size/style that fits me well, I'll order from them again.
Be aware returns are to Spain and not covered by MBT. Customer service is slow but when they respond are helpful.
Shoe sizes are unusual so take care to follow sizing instructions.
This site calls itself MBT UK but is in fact in Spain. The shoes arrived and didn't fit (I ordered the size that has been right fo all the many previous pairs of MBTs I’ve owned). I had to send them back, recorded delivery, to Spain. This cost £15.10. MBT do not refund the cost.
