Honestly the WORST customer service I…

Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I returned £60 worth of products, completely unused, untouched, so am completely entitled to a refund however I have emailed and called 10 TIMES and i am still waiting for any sort of communication from them and its been 2 months. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolute joke and scam of a company

I feel scammed

I have ordered online from Italy about 2 months ago, they took my money and I didn't receive anything. I have sent multiple emails and called the customer service, they always tell me to wait because of the pandemic delays. Now the tracking code says "lost parcel" but I'm still waiting for refund! Very unprofessional, I feel scammed! On their Instagram posts you can read so many comments of disappointed people. They've also removed reviews from Facebook page. Ridicolous. Please be careful and if you're buying online pay with Paypal that refunds you anyway. For me, worst shopping experience of every time, I've never lost my money before, neither when I order from unknown chinese websites. Embarassing.

Email

Didn’t even get back to me after I sent several emails complaining about my palette! My palette arrived with dents and scratches, I emailed them, I’d say over a month ago, they did get back to me not to talk about the scratches, emailed me back to talk about delivery which I didn’t even ask.

Call the customer service team if you have any problems

I’ve never ever had problems with Morphe before. With my last order there was a delay due to the courier service (Hermes😒), but a quick phone call with Adela from the customer services department and it was all sorted. Helpful, professional, friendly and competent. My parcel was shipped back out straight away with priority delivery at no extra charge. Thanks Morphe and thanks Adela ☺️

I've never had an issue ordering from Morphe

After reading negative reviews about Morphe's website, I debated whether to order from them or not.
After careful consideration, I bought a few gifts off their website for my friends. The products are lovely and I received my parcel in 2 days!
(I am ordering from the UK)

Rubbish

Rubbish ! Don’t bother ordering... 23 days and still no delivery . No response to email. Spoke to customer service ... all I got was we’ll email in 24 hours. Is this company just a con?

So VERY disappointed! Damaged Palette, RUINED CARPET

So disappointed. I ordered a Jeffery Star palette and it arrived damaged unbeknown to me until I opened it and the colour that was broken was BLACK the worst colour by far to be then all over my carpet and damaged it. I’ve emailed them numerous times and had the instant reply saying that have got my email but then no one gets back to me.

I have ordered many times from Morphe…

I have ordered many times from Morphe and I'd say for a large majority of my orders, they have come quickly and as described.
Unfortunately, I had one order that was never dispatched and another that appears to be lost between Morphe and Hermes. With the first parcel, I emailed and received an automated email stating I was receiving a refund. With this second parcel, I am yet to hear back from customer service.
I had no problem with the extended shipping times during the pandemic, however I have been disappointed with the lack of communication at times. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a UK based social media page so it's difficult to get in touch about your order.

Items received damaged no customer service

Items received damaged, 4 emails sent, Instagram and twitter messages also sent. No reply from customer service what so ever. No way to claim a refund either.
Wouldn’t buy again. Quality of the products are very good but if you don’t receive your parcel or it’s damaged you’re screwed.

No issues what so ever!

It seems your experience with morphe depends on where you’re located. I’m in the U.K. and haven’t had any issues with any of the 3 orders I’ve placed. The longest I’ve waited for a dispatch was 10 days but this was in the peak of the pandemic so it didn’t surprise me at all.
The quality of the items are amazing and to be completely honest, a lot of the reviews are from different country’s so check reviews on where you live before you order.

Don't bother.

I placed an order for three setting spray mists, but my parcel only contained two. I've sent numerous emails over the past three weeks and had no response. Their telephone number just rings through. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

They straight up scammed me

They straight up scammed me. Ordered a palette and some other items in march. It's now been two months... I've emailed them countless times with no luck. Tried emailing from different accounts, no answers. Never got my items or replies.

ordered on 10th MAY never received…

ordered on 10th MAY never received email comfirmation contacted them on 16th MAY via email was told they would resend and that item had been dispatched and gave me link and tracking number,contacted HERMES and the tracking number doesn't exist ive contacted them further 2 times and not heard anything even though money been taken out my bank on 10TH MAY luckily I have paid by paypal and ive raised a case through them and that has been 3 days and they haven't got back to them either......ive had other items sent out with other companies and no issues with the delivery also they keep sending out emails daily offering there products think they should be fulfilling the back orders first

Do not order from morphe you’ll be waiting months for your products!

Placed my order on the 20/04/2020 left it for over 3 weeks, and still hadn’t received. So I decided to email them (3 times) with no response, found a contact number for them ( +44 20 8089 5377‬ ) rang them up last Friday spoke to a woman who was very polite and explained that I had been waiting for over 3 weeks for my items, emailed the warehouse and was told that I would receive an email once they had been In contact, hadn’t heard anything so I decided to ring up again today, managed to get through (over an hour) and spoke to a very blunt woman who clearly wasn’t assed! So I said I’ve waited over 4 weeks now blah blah blah I even mentioned about putting a stop on taking orders until old orders are processed and put for delivery, her reply was “yeah” first time buying from them and most definitely will be my last, some products that are on the website are apparently out of stock but they haven’t even Bothered putting it up on the website!! Baffles me to how they can still be taking orders, and not ship them out when stated! Ignore the 10/20 shipping guys it’s a load of crap, more like 3 months!

The quality of Morphe Brush products…

The quality of Morphe Brush products are second to none, luckily that also applies to their customer service. My order of eyeshadow pallets and lip gloss was quickly delivered to my delight.

I finally look like I am straight off of a Geordie Shore episode.

STAY AWAY!

Not worth ordering from, even with sales and discounts! Ordered my packaged over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I understand the current global situation but not only have morphe poorly handled their deliveries but their customer service is awful for such a big brand! It was impossible getting through to their customer service, but after a week of trying I managed getting through on the phone (by calling very early in the morning). When I asked if I could cancel my order the lady I spoke to said that this could not be guaranteed. At this point I was very frustrated, as not only was my order which was meant to be a gift now late for the date I wanted, but the the lady over the phone became very impatient. When expressing my concerns as to how a guaranteed cancellation meant I couldn’t order from elsewhere in order to get my products in time as a gift, she began speaking to me with a very rude tone, and when I said I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that, she had the nerve to turn it around on me and say it was my fault! Clearly morphe staff haven’t been trained in customer service whatsoever, as anyone with basic customer care knowledge, would know you never speak to a customer like that and you remain calm. It can’t be easy for them either, but the lady had the nerve to say she didn’t like the way I was speaking and proceeded to hang up! For such a large global company the service I have received is awful! I’m put off from ever buying any morphe product ever again, which is a shame as I genuinely love their products! Save your money, you might not get a discount but at least you’ll actually get your order buying from elsewhere.
