Pretty good experience
I've made a few high value purchases over the last year or so which I found was pretty easy to use their website but the 1 issue I found was when you added a product to your bag and all of a sudden it would inform you at the checkout that the product was no longer available even after it had notified you that there had been 9 remaining beforehand, so annoying. Other than that I can't fault the service or delivery service.

Wrong payment method used
I inputted the codes from 4 gift cards I have and at the checkout it removed them and put the whole balance on my debit card. Now I am left with £195 in gift cards and a huge £351 bill on my card that I did not expect. Poor website service.
