Bought an expensive cast iron salt and pepper mill 2 years and already rusted. Tried to return under the warranty. Had one response from customer service asking for photos then stopped replying. This was 2 months ago and despite repeatedly trying to contact them I have been met with radio silence.
Guarantee is a fraud, after emailing with a problem I was redirected to an online form which I filled in with every detail required. Two months later and after follow up emails, no response at all.
Do not buy their products.
Never buy from them, product is fault and there is no customer support, worst company I ever seen. Company never reply to your emails, or provide any information to you, I raised 3 times the same claim since 31/07/2024, A crack showed up on the side of the bake dish, after a passage in the oven within 220 ° C. After the first and only use. And according to them this is covered on the product warranty, and they never contact me to fix the issue. I received default an email from Irina and every time I reply never got anything back.

Customer service is shocking. I bought an electric condiment set £80. One of the mills developed a fault. They asked me to return the duo and they would send out a complete new set. I sent it on 9th October and to date (26th Nov) I have received nothing. I have emailed them three times but not received a response. That'll be £80 wasted!!! I am not letting this matter rest - I will contact trading standards. Very disappointed.
Very poor quality products. Customer service is even more underwhelming. Grind mechanism appears to be totally random. Plus, whenever you put the mill down it just dumps a big pile of salt or pepper on the table. And yes i'm using the recommended salt and pepper to fill them.
Not worth the £. Or the hassle.
This peppermill is allways a disaster. To fill without problems is impossible. To fit the upper and lower part is a top difficult job. It is impossible to adjust the graining

Broken salt mill with lifetime guarantee . Weeks of being passed from person to person in France . Contacted uk Facebook and thankfully marketing sorted it but it took them weeks to get any sense from French Head office . Disappointing for a premium product
Having tried to contact this company regarding a faulty salt mill (which cost £39!) I’ve come to the realisation that their ‘warranty’ isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. One contact point told me to contact another. Then the other told me to contact the one I contacted originally! Then when I pointed that out radio silence. I won’t be buying from this brand again.
