Was slightly damaged when arrived I let ryobi know and they asked me if I wanted to return it and they are sending me a spare battery for my trouble love all my ryobi tools quality really impressed with there responce

Its a great product. The only problem with it is you can’t get the charger plug through the hole in the side

Strong and robust just watch out, you can’t fit the charger plug through the hole in the cabinet so I fitted an extension cable inside works fine.

BEWARE !!! The small access holes on the sides of the storage facility at top DO NOT allow the plugs that come with the chargers I have with various RYOBI items to go through it. It needs to be twice the diameter. The plug usually a transformer plug to big for the hole. Disappointed.
