I have purchased two of these tooth…
I have purchased two of these tooth brushes in the last few years and can honestly say they are the best dental products I have ever purchased. I have previously used far more expensive electric toothbrushes, non of which provide me with the high level of cleaning I experience using these products. I have my teeth cleaned professionally every year and my hygienist always compliments me on the state of my teeth. Quality product, sensibly priced. Many thanks.

Service was great. Arrived as expected and was pleased to get a good offer so I could try additional products. A little annoyed by follow on 'upselling' emails.
Not convinced that the whitening strips have made any difference but will continue to use the other products and may buy more depending on if they seem to help.

Ordered one of their water flossers
Ordered one of their water flossers, and it packed in after about 2 months (completely stopped working).
To their credit the customer service team sent me a new one, but then that one also was reduced to about 5 mins of battery life after a month.
I received a full refund, but I'm honestly convinced that their water flosser products are inherently faulty and designed for obsolescence.

Expensive replacement heads
I found that the base was too narrow leading to instability.
The Battery must be small capacity because it lasts a lot less time than my wife's Oral B.
Replacement heads are very expensive.
Having said all that it works fine for me.
