Shocking

Shocking
Shocking
Shocking! Two of my ASUS computers are fine but the latest laptop I got from the ASUS store has a serious hard drive problem and the sound doesn’t sync with videos. I sent it to be ‘fixed’ by ASUS but it it came back unfixed with no explanation. ASUS can’t fix it but say it’s only their policy to fix their computers, not replace them! They told me to ask the ASUS store for a refund but they say the responsibility is ASUS themselves. Nobody wants to take responsibility and they would rather rip me off and sell me a faulty machine! I decided to shop for a new computer through John Lewis as they look after you and so ordered another ASUS in the hope the last one had a one off problem but, no, it’s got the same issue so I returned it!! Don’t buy ASUS as they are substandard machines and ASUS won’t take responsibility for that fact and will ensure they don’t refund you.

ASUS TUF 1000W-G PSU: Future-Proof Your PC Build

I recently purchased the TUF 1000W-G PSU from ASUS Store UK and was delighted to discover that delivery was free. This was a great perk, as it saved me money. The power supply itself is ATX3.0 certified and provides future-proofing for the latest GPU and MOBO. Even with power-hungry components, there's still plenty of wattage to spare. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service provided by ASUS Store UK.

Warranty replacement nightmare

Beyond disappointed with the service from Asus UK. My monitor display started showing abnormal lines which got worse as the day went on. Still under warranty I filled out an RMA, sent it in with the base to have a replacement issued. Replacement arrives in a box 3 times it’s size, little packaging and wrap to protect it. It has no base, so I can’t use it and the corner of the screen is shattered. Unacceptable. Trying to reach Asus UK again to get this sorted only to be told to fill out countless RMA’s with old and new serial numbers all of which are getting rejected. Asus UK, I’m tired of this now. Sort yourselves out, please.
Signed: Your confused and annoyed customer.

Untrustworthy

Echo the other comments here. The poor service led me to think that I had purchased from a scam website. I called ASUS technical support and they were able to confirm that I'd purchased a genuine ASUS product (although I can't even be 100% sure that they are really ASUS technical support). They sent me a troubleshooting guide to help with my technical issue but they were not able to tell me any returns information nor were they able to give me the number of the customer support team (!!). They told me to Google it. This is an extremely dodgy company. Edit: This may help to explain why the customer service is so terrible - I received an email from 'ASUS UK' stating the following (in response to my query about why the name of the company does not appear as 'ASUS' on payment advice:

"Hello,

Thank you for your message.

Our company is Five Tech Limited and we run both the Laptop Outlet site and the ASUS UK store.
We are the official contracted seller of ASUS for the UK market, as they do not sell to consumers directly.

I hope this clarifies.

Kind Regards,
Viktor

Costumer Support inexistent

Costumer Support inexistent. I spoke to a fellow that told me it was impossible for me to have bought my phone on their online store, which I did. He told me to reach support on my account, which lead me back to the number I was speaking with him.
Now just trying to complain as loud as I can in the ASUS forums, maybe someone will help me fix (its a permanently blurred camera in asuszenfone9)

AVOID

Appalling! I'm not even sure this is a genuine website. Purchased a laptop and obviously authorised our payment with our online banking. However, we then received an email and attached letter, full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, asking for us to sign a disclaimer that Asus would forfeit any responsibility should the laptop not be delivered. They had also requested photo ID and either a copy of the credit card used or a utility bill to "confirm identity". Customer services were rude and would only say this is "standard procedure". AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ASUS ROG KEYBOARD

Bought an expensive ASUS ROG mechanical keyboard.

Quality not very good, came with a scratch to a key and a scratch on one of the silver replaceable keys that came with it. Meaning I can use them!

The silver replaceable keys where also very cheap and nasty.

Software that comes with it is also not very good.

Emailed customer services, took three days for a response and they where not helpful at all.

Wish I’d bought from a different company now.

Poor build quality - avoid

I bought a brand new Chromebook 18 months ago. Exactly one year later - just as the warranty expired - it died. I managed to persuade the retailer to get it fixed for free. Now 6 months later it won't charge up - the fault is with the laptop, not the charger. It will cost as much as the laptop is worth to get it fixed, so I plan to donate it to a charity and buy a new laptop. It will most certainly NOT be an Asus as they are utter rubbish. AVOID.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they said it was customer induced damage even though it was due to there poor quality paint that they are using which is wearing of very quickly. Slowest support ever. Never buying an Asus laptop ever again purely due to there terrible customer service.

Tried the webchat to confirm spec of laptop, automated responses were so bad, I nearly didn’t bother with purchase, that said I am still waiting a response to my subsequent email to customer service (over 2 weeks). Found answers to my queries from other sites.

Never ever buy anything from them

Never ever buy anything from them. Sold broken laptop and refuse to repair it unless I pay for it. They keep saying its customer damage/missuse and not manufacturing issue despite of the picture proof of the issue being present day one out of the box. Its like hitting a brick wall trying to talk to them as they just ignore facts.

Shady practice and scamming customers out of their money. Somewhere near 360 quid for repair on a laptop that costed 2500 quid that was faulty from the box.

When calling them they refuse to put a manager on telling me to email complaints instead.

Support is a joke

Computer was ok while it lasted for whole 6 months, but support is a joke - third party repairs that take advantage of customers, and loopholes in warranties are absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

A complete joke of uk asus storesm pathetic behavior

A complete joke of uk asus. No customer service, no communication. And refund is a brain killer process. They have no roots in uk other then where they originated from. You order it on uk store you expect it from their uk store customer service to deliver you items. But wait no, they have contractors and different dodgy online shops who fullfil their orders. There's no uk asus shop people. I ordered rog17 strix. An email came to me that laptop uk will deliver it. 1500 pound out of your pocket and no communication regarding delivery. I have been ringing them from 2nd day of order when? Oh our external warehouse.. Bla bla. Means they fob you off with this excuse and will not confiirm any thing with you. Another word is "hopefully" you will get order by...... This date. Extremely horrendous service. All representatives with no English communication skills. I'm dying to get my money back now. And the guy over the phone said this again... Our external warehouse.... Omg Stfu I'm listening to this BS past one week. Please read uk asus laptop outlet reviews before you buy anything from asus. Go see their reviews on goo3. People are crying for refunds, damaged products and faulty items... No service or aftercare. Once money is outta of your account account you are on your own then... I cautioned them that if you don't refund asap i will involve my bank.and you know what the guy replied.. "its not going to make any difference" means F O....

A comedy of errors, buy from Amazon if you must buy Asus products

There are many issues I experienced with my recent order from Asus online, firstly and the most disappointing is that my order was farmed out to Laptops direct to fulfil which is where the comedy of error started. The order was dispatched without any confirmation email or tracking information. One week after the order was delivered to my neighbour I chased Asus to find out where my order was, they didn't even know themselves, two days of chasing I finally got the information that it had been delivered 7 days earlier but due to no tracking info and a difficult neighbour I knew nothing about it, my neighbour then gave it to another neighbour in error, that neighbour then disappeared for 5 days. Although you might say this isn't Asus's fault I never had clear, concise information from Asus at any point during this entire process, at one point the item was deemed to be missing but Asus still didn't offer any assistance.

After I ordered the item, the price on the website went down £90 literally 48 hours after I purchased online. At this point I didn't even know the order had been delivered to my neighbour, I contacted Asus and ask them to honour the new reduced price of £269.99 vs the 359.99 I paid. They refused, the solution they offered me was to refund and repurchase the item.

Asus make good products but their e-commerce business is completely broken, poor order communication and lack of tracking details is basic thing you can do on a £10 a month Shopify platform. No joke it felt like I was dealing with a one man band company. I returned the order when I eventually got the parcel from my neighbour. The price subsequently went up to £359.99 before black Friday and down again to £269.99 during Black Friday. I was disappointed not to be able to keep the order after all the issues that I had encountered but Asus refused. For me, this shows me the lack of customer focus and ultimately tells me that Asus deals in bad faith. When things do wrong you learn peoples true colours and this is a perfect example of a poor customer interaction that could be saved with a good gesture. Why on earth should I have had to return and re-purchase the item to get the new pricing. There should be a 14 day price guarantee and if it drops customer should be entitled to the difference. Otherwise customers are just going to keep returning products unnecessarily.

Advice to anyone who does want to buy an Asus product, Buy from Amazon!!

The most terrible company

The most terrible company
I ordered a laptop and paid for the next day delivery after 3 days it still shows “under process”!
After calling customer service they informed me that they do not keep stocks and they asked third party to dispatch the item! They do not even know when they can process but they charged people for next day delivery!
This is a unethical and unprofessional service.
Avoid buying online
