The pillow is heavy. It didn't help my neck and shoulder condition at all. The cool cover wasn't cool. I tried it for over a week and couldn't sleep at all. Waste of money
The Pillow is good quality and commutable. I purchased it to help my neck pain however it did not help.
Great pillow really helped with my neck pain
The pillow is very comfortable and it’s amazing how cool it feels. I was enjoying the pillow but after about three days I developed a terrible pain in my neck that lasted for a few days. It might have been a coincidence but I’m not going to risk using it again.
These pillows are by far the best I have ever owned. These are the second pair I've bought and I've given my mum & dad my old ones, they still have many many years left (I just fancied getting new ones). They love them, I love them, buy them now everyone, you won't be disappointed.
Very comfortable and does exactly what it’s supposed to much better sleep and less back pain
This contoured pillow is a godsend for my neck. I had whiplash many years ago that still gives me some jip from time-to-time and the material the pillow is made from, combined with its protective covering is bliss. The larger raised part nestles perfectly on my neck & shoulders giving it comfortable support to aid sleep. I’ll never go back to ‘regular’ supermarket bought shop pillows. I was a bit concerned it was a ‘refurbished’ pillow but when it arrived it looked, smelled and felt great. Would give 5* if cheaper.
