Very comfortable Tempur Symphony Pillow, as you would expect from Tempur. I am a back but mostly side sleeper with CPAP. Very comfortable, cool and spacious. No issues at all. Highly recommend.
Had a really bad smell when I played on it and gave me a sore neck reason for returning it. Have several other sympathy pillows and really pleased they seem to be making them different now

Please be assured that we have not changed how we make our pillows. Our manufacturing process and strict quality standards have remained exactly the same over the years, with no compromise on the materials used.
Because our pillows are freshly manufactured and immediately sealed for hygienic transit, they can sometimes carry a noticeable scent when first unpacked. We always advise giving the pillow a few days to "air out" in an open, well-ventilated room, as this harmless off-gassing smell naturally goes away.
We always want our customers to have a comfortable experience. I can see from your account that you have already returned the pillow and been issued a full refund.

Fantastic! Not cheap but worth the investment. It takes a couple of days to get used to, but from day 3-4 the improvement in sleep quality is significant. The support and alignment of the head and neck during sleep contributes to deep and restful sleep and to the relaxed muscles of the neck and shoulders. My husband and I are side sleepers and this pillow is perfect for us (having tried other brands' medium or firm versions). Even though our shoulders are different sizes, the pillow is suitable regardless of that. Around day 9-10, so well before the trial period of 14 days, we knew that we will keep them.
Well made and quality pillow but too soft for side sleepers in my opinion. Needs to be firmer.

TEMPUR-Original™ Pillow: This is our signature ergonomic pillow, specially shaped with a curved profile to support the natural curve of your head, neck, and shoulders, offering a much firmer, extra-supportive feel for side sleeping.
TEMPUR® Traditional Firm Pillow: If you prefer a classic pillow shape but need that extra resistance to keep your head supported, our traditional models in a 'Firm' tension provide excellent stability.
Check the Size / Profile: Sometimes, switching to a 'Large' or higher profile version of a pillow can provide the extra height a side sleeper needs, even if the material itself is softer.

Too firm for my neck
Having carried out the sleep trial on both this and the cloud smart cool pillows, I have to say that as a side and back sleeper this pillow is definitely the better option for me. The unique sloping on side of the pillow allows it to gently support the neck in either position. I've had Tempur pillows before, but this is the best yet :)
It was a lovely pillow, but I just couldn’t get on with it. if they give you longer to try them the result might’ve been better?
Very good for my arthritic neck
Love this pillow! Really firm and supportive, so comfortable to sleep on - I usually sleep on my back, but it's also fine if I switch to my side.
Nice supportive pillow I no longer wake up with neck pain and was able to cut down to one pillow

Great pillow with two different sides depending on my sleeping preference. Works well for my neck pain
Excellent pillow that's improved my sleep significantly as a side sleeper with wide shoulders. Both sides work as designed for back/side sleeping as needed. Highly recommend 👍🏻
Certainly made my neck more comfortable
Great pillows which retain their shape for years.
The pillow is an improvement on my old one but still not a patch on the Millenium. Did not support my neck as much as expected. I like the fact that it can be turned during use so there’s always a cool place.
