Disappointed

I'm nearly 2 weeks in with this pillow. I bought the soft one as I've lots of neck issues and tried this pillow in a shop and it was lovely. Another moment it's like sleeping on a concrete block which still smells of chemicals. My neck doesn't feel any better. Hoping it softens before the 30 day trial nears to an end

Avoid the Tempur Arc Adjustable Bed

Just to advise prospective buyers of an Arc adjustable bed…… DON’T!!!

The ‘state of the art base’ (a sale’s pitch which we fell for) is an absolute pain .. … ….!

The sheets get caught up in the ‘springs’. They fall off! They twist around! In fact, they are a down right liability!

I have tried to make contact with Tempur but to no avail. They will not reply to my emails.

I have contacted my retailer who have done their best but they, too, are making no progress. In fact, the Tempur representative has said that the fitted sheets I am using are the problem. They say that it’s because the FITTED SHEETS GO UNDER THE MATTRESS and that’s why they get caught up in the mechanism. I should use FITTED SHEETS THAT JUST FIT ON THE TOP OF THE MATTRESS. And this is coming from the NASA space researchers!! PLEASE!

Happy sleeping for half the price

Bought my mattress from Tempur Outlet six months ago. It almost half price from the outlet and it comes with all same warranties etc a new one.

Used it for six months now and I love it - I sleep much better and no longer feel stiff when I wake up.

Great Product

We ordered the TEMPUR Original SmartCool™ Pillow (Medium) for my Mum, she has used their pillows for a good few years now. They are comfortable, do the job and Mum is very pleased with it and she would recommend the pillow. Easy to order, quick delivery and helpful service. We would definitely order from them again.

Mixed feelings

Received mattress about a week ago. Opted a for a ‘firm’ mattress due to a recent back op.
I have mixed feelings about it, it’s obviously decent quality and I like the way it moulds itself around you.
My issue is, how firm it actually is. Do they soften over time?

Deliver was shocking.
Filthy shoes and generally wouldn't let them in the house so delivered the mattress myself upstairs.

Don't Deliver On Weekends or on Agreed Day

Purchased a mattress from the Braintree store in the Sales after Christmas. Was contacted to arrange delivery on 9th January. Called back on 12th January and was advised only deliver monday to friday. I informed them the first date someone would be available to accept the delivery was 12th February as had annual.leave already booked. No further communication from them. Called first thing on 12th February to be told - no deliveries in your area today and can't deliver till next week. No one has anymore leave. The logistics company won't sort anything else our. Tempur customer services won't help as wàs bought in a store. Store not able to help and they can't process a refund today as the manager is not there. Totally useless company. Have left a disabled person with no mattress, no refund and no resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great products helpful people

I received all the items I ordered on time and in good condition. The mattress bed and pillows are lovely and comfy I really get a good nights sleep. The people who delivered them were all friendly and helpful and ensured everything was as a wanted. Ordering the items was easy to follow and it all made for an excellent experience.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. We had a Tempur mattress nearly 20 years ago so it was coming to the end of its life. We looked at the Tempur website, found one in the recondition section for a great price and plumped for that one. When it arrived ( really quickly ) it was like brand new, you couldn't tell at all and it was half the usual price. They've come on a lot in design since our last one , we are so pleased with it. The lads who delivered it carried it upstairs for us (they weigh a TONNE !) They were so efficient and super friendly. I would recommend Tempur if you need a good nights sleep. Excellent service all round. That goes for the lady from the warehouse too who arranged the time and date of delivery.

Dissatisfaction!

I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the £2,399 mattress (Tempur Pro Plus) we purchased a little over a year ago.
After only about six months of use, the mattress feels like sleeping in a sinkhole. Since then, the problem has steadily worsened. My husband now suffers from constant back pain, and I frequently experience pins and needles during the night. I can no longer sleep comfortably and have resorted to lying on the very edge of the mattress in an attempt to find some level of support.
We contacted the company we bought the mattress from regarding this issue but were informed that the mattress “passed the test” and that that is was just a little loose in the middle but within accepted standards. This response is unacceptable. A mattress of this cost and quality should not deteriorate in this way within such a short period, nor should it cause physical discomfort and disrupt sleep.
The product is clearly not fit for purpose, and your proposed resolution—effectively no action—is wholly unsatisfactory. We are extremely disappointed by both the quality of the mattress and the lack of support we have received so far.

Ache free

Called into the shop at Dalton Park for a pillow as I’ve heard good reports about this brand. The staff were very efficient and pleasant, certainly no hard selling. The staff member asked my hubby where the pains were in his neck etc and advised which one was best. We looked about in the shop, trying different beds and decided to buy a mattress and I have to say it’s one of the best purchases we have made, the mattress is fantastic and we don’t wake up with aches. Definitely would recommend.
