The new Tumi store in Leeds is a breath of fresh air. Great service by the staff and very knowledgeable. I’m a Tumi traveller through and through and often buy mine when I go through an airport. But this store has it all will the printing machine. Great job. See you soon.
I have given an online order on June 18, and in the website it was indicated that the delivery would be made on or before June 20. I have not received any online email confirmation; therefore sent an email to customer service on the very same day; June 18.
Have not heard back until June 20, and on June 20 I wastold that my package was to shipped today.
I immediately responded stating that I am about to return on 21st so if the delivery is not made then I would like it to be cancelled.
Again I have not heard back until today 23 June where I was told that "due to a large number of orders there was unfortunately a delay with our warehouse. It should be shipped out shortly though"
I have stated again that I already left UK therefore the order should be cancelled and have not received any response. Now I am really worried about the refund. I really hope this will not be delayed.
Honestly, I think Tumi should simply suspend its online operations until they are functioning properly.
One of the worst online returns experience I have been through and the delivery options are terrible. It is damaging for brand like TUMI - see the reviews for the non UK Tumi! There is no next day delivery option - really TUMI in this business? I made a purchase on 17/04, I returned it on the 22/04 and it was indicated as being delivered by the courier that TUMI use for the return on the 23/04. I chased a number of times and was told they would issue the refund when the item returned to the warehouse in Germany... yet TUMI provide you a returns label which is addressed to a UK location - what a disgrace. No proper apology and so after making a few points they said they would issue a refund - which completed on the 10/05 ! Sorry TUMI but you need to sort it out. Try Briggs & Riley UK to see how it is done - next day delivery and an almost immediate refund on returns.

DISGUSTING SERVICE - Seriously TUMI takes your money, and then when the product needs to be repaired they are no where to be seen. Worst of all they pick up you item and then totally ghost you for over a week. You manage to speak to someone eventually who says they will help and you will get an email update and then they ghost you again. What is the point of spending the money, when the servicer is so bad!

I am on travel and the handle of my bag (3.5 years old) did not work. I took it into Tumi on Regents Street London and received the best service I have had in a very Long time. Hats off to Pauline Henry who helped me through the process seemlessly. She was exceptionally courteous and respectful. Also, the gentleman that did the repair (sorry, I didn't get a name) was also very, very helpful. I cannot say enough of my appreciation. Cheers to Tumi and specifically Pauline!

Slight miscommunications around pick up/return but can’t fault the repairs done.

I don’t know what to write, everything is just perfect.
First I bought an alpha bag in 2010 which I had used for 10 years, during that time had the then worn wheels were replaced when contacting them about the issue.
When i decided to replace this Alpha bag I went for the Alpha 2 bag and had the same experience, Wheels after a few years wore down and again they were replaced no questions asked, also the handle system mechanic broke down end of last year, after Tumi UK sent it back to Germany they fixed that and also repaired the skin that got damaged some time ago.
Long story short, I was just amazed by their service.
Excellence guaranteed, style and quality to boot. 100% would recommend
