Is it solid wood ? im not sure..
The toilet seat arrived quickly and it was easy to install.. I felt for the price , it wasn't as I expected it to be.. I was expecting wood but I think it's a composite. Anyway I kept it and we'll see if it lasts as long as it's supposed to.. For the speed of delivery and communication I cannot fault them..

Left outside for my 77 year mum to struggle with a heavy toilet
The toilet got delivered to my 77 year old mum. The guy left it outside and was not willing to put it in the front door. She asked him and he said no. Absolutely disgraceful. Never ordering from you again.

I am sorry to hear that the delivery experience was not as expected.
With large, heavy and fragile items we do ask that the delivery is booked when someone will be there who can assist in taking the goods inside. We do however provide the goods on a pallet which is wrapped to protect from the elements.
We do state that this kind of delivery is roadside as drivers are not allowed to remove the goods from the pallet and they are not insured to bring into your home.
They can, however, be wheeled down a driveway, into a garage etc.

Uk bathroom, done all they can to track the delivery
I posted a review this morning and on reflection uk bathroom has been v helpful on tracking down our order

I am sorry to hear that the delivery has not gone as expected. Deliveries to some islands in scotland cannot be handled by many couriers and must be passed to specialist sub contractors, especially given the size, weight and fragility of the items in question.
They should contact you to arrange a convenient time and day but these type of deliveries will be restricted to which days the boats go to the islands amongst other things.
We always try to meet our delivery promises but are restricted sometimes by physical locations, especially some of the more remote scottish islands.
I can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Shower tray looks fabulous for the price
Can’t complain at all about the shower tray and the service provided. It was quick and efficient and although the shower tray has not been plumbed in yet I can’t envisage there’s gonna be any problems.

Product great - service not so
The product itself is great and exactly what I was looking for.
I am however disappointed with the delivery service - no one informed me that the item was out of stock and would take such a long time to arrive. I would have looked for a different supplier had I know earlier.
