The order was ready in just two days - I hadn’t received a confirmed despatch date with tracking number after being informed order was complete but they came straight back to my email query and said was despatching later that day and supplied tracking number etc - order was delivered that very next day

Bit of a hiccup….
Bit of a hiccup with the postage that was quickly resolved and item arrived as described and good quality. Quick response to our what’s app query but was a little concerned when I’d previously rang the customer services number to be met by an automated message from BT saying number not recognised.
