Good quick delivery
Good quick delivery, good pricing, free delivery, good communication with emails on status of order. Slight let down by Fedex so delivered outside expected delivery slot, but the traffic was terrible on deluvery day.

The packing was non existent
The packing was non existent. I ordered 8 metal duct grills which were just thrown in a big box. The grills shredded the paperwork enclosed and the inside of the box. It was lucky the cardboard didn’t split. I also cut my fingers twice getting the poorly finished grills out of the box.

The purchase experience was faultless but
The purchase experience was faultless. Got an email from FedEx after the deliver window closed, to say to expect delivery up to 2000hrs. The delivery was meant to be between 0750 to 1150. Who has the time to sit at home waiting for a delivery? Sorry but unacceptable.

UK Build Supplies did a good job/ Courier didn't
UK Build Supplies did a good job. The product is excellent. However, their selection of Fedex as the delivery service is flawed. Fedex is not what it once was and now uses contractors to deliver parcels. They took 96 hours to deliver a 24hr parcel and lied about the reasons for the delay. Use a decent courier and the 3 star rating would be 5 star.

Items not delivered
Not delivered next day as i requested and payed extra for so had to cancel a job last minute cant talk to anyone on the phone have to email but never got a reply and still not got what i ordered
