Great product ....but damaged
The product was delivered really quickly and delivery was free. The purchasing experience was very easy and smooth. Only issue was the plastic tub with the patio grout was damaged during delivery so had to transfer out and use another container.

Avoid This Company – Misleading Images and Poor Service
Unprofessional experience. I ordered garden furniture online based on the images shown, but the cushions delivered were completely different from those advertised. They offer no telephone contact, only email, and despite many messages they failed to resolve the issue, leaving me waiting for many weeks. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly referenced the manufacturer as if the problem was not theirs, even though my contract was with them.
Finally they updated me with a resolution only after discovering I had gone through my credit card company and received a refund.
They were made aware that the images on their website were incorrect, yet they still have not removed or updated them. I have passed the information on to Trading Standards for review. This has caused me considerable inconvenience and wasted time.
