I ordered a single pick 4 days ago, paid an extra £10! for next day delivery and no show, no shipping or no reply to 2 different email contact forms 4 days later.

I advise to steer clear of this site, one of the worst I've used and definitely the worst customer service.

Absolutely they scammers, item purchased newer turn up, after chasing for my item, and they promise send it for next day delivery, never see my item, and after 23 days of order they ignore my emails, i wish I'll read feedback first at here before putting my order.

Early Black Friday rip off.
You sent me an email offering 20% off Dangerfield products. This interested me as I've been looking at the Lishi type tool for a while at £69.87. Today they are £83.84 with a 20% discount.
Not very honest and when you click the link your website is so slow it shows the previous price for about 1 second then jumps to higher price. Disappointing behaviour.

When I've seen some of the reviews on Trustpilot I've been a bit worried about receiving with in the time frame my order but you've been great. Product as described 👌, Delivered as promised, what else can expect 👏 from you guys?

I bought some so called bumper pad thinking they were something special that you had developed and for that mistake it cost me £8.99 for two. When I received them all they were was rubber grommets which you can buy 150 pcs for £7.99 on Amazon and which works out as 5.3pence per piece. Even worse as a motor mechanic I have a box full which I have collected over the years

Contacted this company to order some items which amounted to a little over 133.00, which included additional £3.99 for next day postage, unfortunately the items did not turn up. I contacted the owner regarding this shipment and the additional costings to me but they never returned my email. My items turned up in 2 day in a A3 envelope 1st class and was just dropped through my letter box. Very disappointed in the service l received and price of carriage.

I ordered the master switch tool on July 14th I paid a extra $10 to have it shipped priority and to be expedited in a timely manner. I've emailed said company twice just to get automated message saying I would soon receive a reply. No response! I finally received email 4 days later giving tracking number for my shipment, well that was just to placate me because the shipping company said in reference to that tracking number that they'd been notified by UK bump key that my order would be in route to them so as it seems you can just say you're going to ship something and they give you a tracking number ahead of time. It is now the 19th of July I've not received my package, no response to email. And my $30 has obviously been used for other things than my merchandise! I will wait 3 more days and I will file a dispute. To anyone even thinking of dealing with this company? Save yourself the stress and headaches and money!!

I can’t praise U K Bump key enough for their excellent customer service. I ordered the Extended top of the key way tension wrench set which got lost in the post so I contacted their customer care and they sent another one out straight away. I will be using definitely be using them again!

I have ordered many items from this business I've never had a problem with the quality I have to give them credit for that but if you order next day delivery you will be charged for that and still wait a minimum of 3-5 days it says there return address is in Dartford but they must be shipping products from somewhere else because I live in London and it still takes 3-5 days for next day delivery god only knows how long it would take if it wasn't next day delivery I paid an extra 4-5 pounds and I'm still giving a bad service very unprofessional when you have customers waiting on you it may be a mail issue but the company is advertising it has next day delivery they could easily put a side note next to it but don't because all they care about is profit this is the last time I buy something from them.

Bought a Klom key profile guage from uk bump keys, it arrived just under 48 hours after placing the order. Great piece of kit, good price, Excellent service.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would, they don’t even warrant a 1 star. Despite contacting them (they do not advertise a telephone no.) via their online help desk, asking them about an item I purchase from them in December and not receiving they have not bothered to resolve the problem. I paid via PayPal and after speaking to PayPal they issued me an automatic refund as they have had MULTIPLE cases of people not receiving their orders. Terrible customer service from ukbumpkeys, a cowboy company that just want to take your money.

As stated in your response at no point did you communicate with me regarding this hence why I have stated that I had no response, resulting in having no other option other than raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
The lack of response from the company certainly does warrant the 1 star review and as such it still stands as exactly that.

Great items from this company. Had no issues previously with orders until last one which was resolved.

Have not received the order more than 3 weeks after it supposedly shipped with Royal Mail. Not replying to emails.

I ordered 2 things in a short time.
there was some delay in delivery. got in touch with UK Bump Keys and they said....please wait another two weeks, if it hasn't arrived by then let me know.
everything is now delivered.
they have good service

I don't write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. My Kronos Pick stopped working and I contacted UK Bump Keys by email and within 5 minutes I got a reply from Gayle, whom I found to be professional, polite and efficient. From initial email to receiving my replacement Kronos Pick was 3 days. It was so refreshing to deal with a company with such 1st class custsomer service. Well done. I was almost put off ordering from this company due to the negative reviews here, so felt it only fair to report my positive experience. I've ordered twice from them in the past week, and both times the items have been dispatched next working day and arrived on time and as ordered. No problems here!
