Excellent service
I ordered an air canopy for my caravan at around 6pm,
expecting it to be delivered within a few days. Was astounded to receive an email from the courier the following morning advising it would be delivered later that day. From start to finish the whole experience took less than 24 hours. Can’t fault the service. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

Took my money for items that it didn’t appear to have. Subsequently cancelled my order without explanation and told me I have been refunded. But I still don’t have the money. I am highly suspicious and very disappointed.

Poor customer service
I purchased a sun canopy for my campervan. The first time of using it I noticed some small holes in the material. This didn't mean it was unusable, just needed replacing.
I contacted the customer service team and was told that they could replace it, but only after returning the damaged one first.
This was not convenient, as I had holidays booked and needed the (still usable) canopy.
I was then left with little choice but to accept their offer of a partial refund of £15.
I now have to repair the brand new canopy.
Very unsatisfactory.

Very poor service, no refunds.
I bought a tent from them which had several pulls in the material. They told me the material would settle down and manipulate back into place, this was not the case as photos show pulls in the material.
They have refused to refund due to the faults and also want me to pay for the tents return postage. Under the Consumers Act they are legally liable to refund due to faulty goods and also have to pay for return postage.
It seems my only option is to pursue this via the small claims court and report them to trading standards.

A great product
A great product, arrived well packed and undamaged. Had to wait a bit longer for delivery. It would have been great if I had been informed of the delay due to damaged stock, instead I had to ask. A bit of a shame as otherwise everything was great. Would use this company again.
