I submitted the details of my vehicle including license plate (from which they can get the VIN) and was given a quote for a replacement windscreen with calibration and home installation. It was a good price compared to competitors and the technician would have been able to repair at home. I accepted the quote and made payment for £889.11, and waited for the confirmation of date and time of installment. 18 hours later I received a call saying that a technician would be able to come out tomorrow to install, however the price quoted was incorrect and in fact it would be £200 more expensive as they got the windscreen part number wrong. Very annoying and potentially misleading pricing practice. I told them to recredit my card and that I would look elsewhere.

Arrived on time, took a little bit longer to replace the rear window on a corsa hatchback but the work was excellent and all the broken glass was retrieved and disposed of. The guy from UK glass was very thorough and I would recommend this company should you need any car windows/windscreens replacing.

They replaced my windscreen quickly and cleanly. The external seal was also broken and they replaced that too. I was very happy with their service and the technician sent to do the work. Thanks

UK Car Glass did a superb job replacing my shattered heated rear screen. From my initial enquiry they swiftly followed up by email to exactly ensure my requirements, and the work was carried out efficiently the following day, including cleaning up all the shattered glass. Excellent value!

Very good and easy to use Website, once booked a very polite person called to adjust the date, a couple of days later Credit cards was debited, the gentleman Fitter arrived on the 17th March 2026. He was extremely polite, with 20 years experience, he did a very clean job. I’m extremely happy. great company.

Great experience in overall. From initial quote to completing the work. Quick replies to my e-mail, lady on the phone very pleasant and the gentleman who attended to replace my window very professional and friendly. Also received a txt after the work was done to double check all went ok and I am happy with everything. Well deserved 5 stars.

This was not a straightforward replacement of the tailgate glass. The weather was terrible and it was dark.
We were kept informed on progress and very happy with the result.

Called on Monday, received a quote the next day early in the morning which was followed by a call not long after. Agreed the quote, logged online to complete the booking form. Later that day I received a text to say that the job was booked for the following day. The fitter arrived, explained what he was planning to do regarding calibration and completed the fitting within a couple of hours.

I broke my front passenger window strimming the edge of my front lawn, when the strimmer shot a stone towards my car. Although I had cover I thought I might find out how much it might be.
An online search brought up UK Car Glass and the price was £295, reasonable I thought. The only other site that was thrown up and did windows other that a front screen was Autoglass and I had to ring up to get a price.
I asked the agent to give me a non-insured figure and his response was a little shocking. He got as far as "One Thousand" when I cut in with "WHAT!" "You must be mad." He did offer a discount, but it wouln't be anywhere near the price from UK Car Glass. I told him to forget it and booked my appointment with UK Car Glass for the next day.
I was not there when the work was done, but I inspected my vehicle on my return home and was pleased with what I found.
I will never use Autoglass again, although it is 30 years since my last window replacement, so I will probably be dead, before I need another.

I'd waited a week to be given an appointment by the usual insurance approved company and a quote of nearly £1 k for a rear screen on a Smart Forfour! I was told it was with purchasing and they couldn't give me a date to fit a replacement.
Imagine my joy when I phoned Jaquie at UK Car Glass and on a Friday afternoon and within 15 minutes she had arranged for a mobile team to come to my home, on Monday, and fit a new rear screen at a third of the price! Jaquie was great and so we're the fitting team. Professional all the way, so good, they're now in my directory for the future. Thoroughly recommended.
