Ordered on 25th July. 7 days later still saying order processed and awaiting dispatch which it has been saying for 5 days. Tried ringing no answer. No reply to emails. Wish I had read reviews first. Obviously a scam. Just hope I can get money back through my bank

Paid 39.95 18th June, money taken but no Birth Certificate..which is needed in an urgent matter still waiting as of 3rd July for either Certificate or a response from these people. Clearly I've been scammed

Scammers do not use. Paid £39.50 for a copy of my birth certificate on 30th May 2025. Then never heard from them again. Find a reputable company you’ll only lose your money here
