The product was good but the service was rubbish.
I'll give UK Contract Flooring one star as I am pleased with the quality of the carpet tiles I ordered from them.
However, after two weeks of non-delivery of my order, and after several enquiries, I was told they would send a replacement order. That never turned up either. Eventually I did my own detective work, phoned around and found that my order had been delivered to a pub about ten miles away from where I live. I drove over and collected the order, which was galling as I had paid a delivery fee to have it delivered to my house.
I shall not be using UK Contract Flooring again.

Hi Michael, apologies there were delivery problems for yourself there. Checking this I can see we checked the tracking with the courier and we also emailed you what we found, which says delivered on the 22nd of Feb at 12.30pm. In the event this was wrong we'd always look into this to resolve.

We absolutely love our flooring from UK…
We absolutely love our flooring from UK Contract Flooring. We were unsure whether this would work in our Therapy room as we had underfloor heating.
Dean was very helpful and sent us samples prior to ordering. This flooring has made this room into a beautiful, calming therapy room.

Excellent product, and customer service.
Excellent product. Helpful customer service. I would thoroughly recommend these non-slip floor tiles. My bathroom fitter found them easy to lay on a plywood base. They have a glossy finish, but are very non-slip.
