Had nothing but good experiences with this store. Always happy to give advice over the phone. Products I ordered have been great. Always go to them for anything I need for my fences. Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest.

Edited to add they kindly charged the battery I ordered before they sent it, and it still arrived the next day. Can't overstate how helpful they have been. Highly recommended and I won't go anywhere else for electric fencing. My pony now stays in her paddock. Miracle.

Ordered hotline energiser from Country Store yesterday and within 30 mins I received an email saying item was dispatched. Received today, fabulous service. Looks good hope it keeps the deer off my trees.

I've used them several times with no issues with delivery. Have an electric fencer that's lasted barely 9month of use and it's stopped working. I've tried contacting them on 3 different occasions using 2 different emails address and also their online contact form. Absolutely no response from any communication I've sent. The fencer unit has a 2 yr warranty on it, all I want is a replacement. Really poor customer service.

I sent off my (only) three clipper blades (worth £40 a piece) to be sharpened as this store were best value for money and offered a very reasonable 24hr turn around. I needed them asap. So I sent them off recorded delivery and then read these reviews which made me anxious but it was too late. I phoned the morning my blades were due to arrive and said I was anxious about not getting them back. Two hours later a decent chap called me (could hardly understand him due his strong Scottish accent) to tell me they had sharpened up well and were in the post. True to their word I received them back the very next day. Superb service. Blades were sealed in oil in individual pouches. Will use again. Delighted.

They’ll always be some with bad experiences of anything so I hold bad reviews lightly if there are excellent reviews alongside those.

Tried to get email this company 3 times now as my electric fence is faulty, no one has ever gotten back to me, I would avoid at all costs!

It’s strange how the reviews differ so much. I ordered the items and they arrived a few days later. Mainly electric fence insulators. I ordered the wrong ones for some parts. Steel post instead of timber. It was easy to phone and get an rma. I did need to phone to chase the returned items but it was then dealt with promptly. They had a manic week and had a few returns waiting to be processed. So I found no problem with the service.

Received a faulty electric fence and did not work, no communication at all! Now taking further action.
AVOID if you don’t want to waste your money.

Extremely helpful staff. Good products at good prices, quick delivery. Have purchased from them before and will do so again.

Called me to say something I ordered wouldn't work/be big enough to go with the other things I ordered - fine. I agreed for them to not ship that item and for it to be refunded. This was 2+ months ago. They won't return any correspondence and haven't refunded me. They clearly need shutting down, plenty of other reviews suggest all they're good for is taking your money and not sending the items!

When I checked items received, one was broken. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have sent photo of the broken item but have had no response. From other reviews it looks like I am not alone in being defrauded by this company.

I cannot answer for the reviews below but I have to say my experience with these guys has been brilliant. Order delayed and lost by courier. I was able to speak to Andy and the team and received first class assistance. I was always able to speak to them and very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending buying from them. A UK based company that offered a brilliant service. Many thanks UK Countrystore. I will be buying from you again when I need something.

Wish I read the Facebook reveiws before I purchased. Returned a £300 electric fence kit as it was useless.. no refund or acknowledgement what so ever.

Didn't even acknowledge the email I sent asking to return.. so phoned them instead and got accused of being a scammer!! I was told they were filming the opening of the parcel, yada yada..never been spoken to so rudely!

I'll certainly be spreading the word of this scamming company. And will now proceed with a claim for my refund.

The long list of bad reviews on facebook says it all really.
I returned £40 worth of electrical tape. When they didn't refund me I called and asked when I could expect the refund, their response was 'were going to test the tape and decide whether or not to refund you'. Needless to say I haven't heard anything since and haven't had a refund or the item back. So they have both my money AND the product I paid for. Total scammers. The business owner sounded like a typical old-school country bumpkin farmer without an education, so in all fairness, he may or may not know how to use paypal, emails or the post box. Bless him

Also trading under the name kepran ltd. Dodgy as heck. Took my money. No goods. Sent loads of emails and called. Completely ignored. Now I have no money and no goods. If you want to lose your money, then you will with these people
