Order not arrived (3 weeks late), no correspondence at all. Terrible Service - avoid at all costs. Saving a few pounds is not worth it.

Will take your money, and send you nothing. Won't reply to your emails. This shop is dead, buy from one of the other reputable places mentioned by other recent commenters.

Previously ordered a couple of cubes with no issues, but recently ordered a new cube which never arrived (It's been 2 months since ordering). I've also received emails from the company asking me to review the order that never arrived. I've attempted to contact their customer service 3 times and not received a single response.

When I ordered from them about 2 years ago it was great last month I ordered about £20 of goods and haven’t heard anything won’t reply to emails and still haven’t got the items

Ordered 2 rubix cubes dec08 2020, got an order number, since then nothing at all. No reply, no goods, just nothing. BEWARE. Just want your money. The clues are in their own advice! They don't do tracking, why? (You can't track what you don't send! Take my advice, don't order !

No communication a ll during 2 month.
No delivery during two month.
Worst ever!

For me it was really good delivery came in only 2 and a half weeks.

Terrible all round... communication non existent, delivery time - MONTHS (not weeks).

My first order took so long that I forgot what I’d ordered from them and ended up reordering the same cubes!!! Made a nice loss on EBay from those as well.

Question... if called UK cube store, why do the cubes EVENTUALLY arrive from China?

Choose wisely, as there are WAY better places around.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering some cubes from this website. I received an order confirmation email but have heard nothing since. I've sent several emails to check on my order but have received no response. A big con. Do not use!

Ordered my cubes about a month ago. They haven't arrived, even though I received an e-mail claiming they were dispatched.
I contacted the owner two weeks after my order (like it was recommended on their website) and they haven't answered. A week later, I sent them a different e-mail asking for information on the whereabouts of my cube. No answer.
Some days passed and I got an e-mail claiming my order had been dispatched. I answered to that e-mail a week after asking about my order. No answer.
Today, I received the auto-generated e-mail asking me to rate my order. Insulting. I rate them 1 star, and avoid them at all costs

Althought there may be many bad reviews I've ordered from here multiple times and every time the puzzle came and was alright so for those having issues it might be the postal company not them

Ordered 3 cubes in March and haven't heard a thing despite numerous e-mails, text messages and attempted phone calls.
I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail. Thankfully I took a screen capture of the order confirmation and have forwarded that onto Paypal in order to try to get my money back.
COMPLETE CON AVOID AT ALL COSTS>
After no contact at all I contacted Paypal for a refund. 12 days later I received the cubes.
I had no contact from the seller and will definitely not use this company again.
The company asked for a review on their website but when you make that review 1 star it gives an error and won't let you submit the review!!

The seller refuses to answer emails and no cube has been posted so far.
A con and fake, don't use the site.

Haven’t received the cubes after three weeks and the company is refusing to answer or acknowledge emails. There is no phone number.

Just don't bother with this site. Ordered 2 cubes 4 weeks ago and nothing has turned up. I also ordered from kewbzuk and they have been delivered, even if was a little delayed buy the current situation. Have emailed the seller and had no response. I have taken up a PayPal dispute and is blaming Covid 19. I will be getting a refund and will never be using this site and I would recommend you Don't either.

I ordered a Yj mgc elite about 3/4 weeks ago. It never came. I tried contacting them but to no avail. I really do wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I get my cubes from KewbzUK. They have excellent service and cubes come in pristine condition

I ordered a stickerless Valk 2x2 m from these guys on 28/3/20 and so far, exactly two weeks later I’ve received or heard nothing from them. I live in the UK and I paid first class shipping so I’m very confused as to why my cube should have been delivered in “1-2 days” yet I have nothing two weeks later!.. I’ve emailed them twice now and have been ignored both times. I ordered two other cubes the same morning but this time from KewbzUK. First class shipping wasn’t mandatory when ordering with KewbzUK like it was for “UKCubeStore” who I assume aren’t actually based in the UK. I selected standard shipping for my KewbzUK order and 4-5 days later it showed up with everything I ordered in perfect working order! Can’t recommend them enough. Funny how my standard shipping parcel turns up way before my ’first class’ shipping parcel! (If it ever does show up). I’ll update this post if I do ever receive some news from “UKCubeStore” but so far the only thing I’ve received is disappointment and a hard taught lesson so I’m not holding my breath. The other reviews on here doesn’t make it look promising.

I too ordered the GAN 354M cube for my son on 26th of March, I have messaged on messenger and also emailed no reply nothing. I have a very disappointed son 😔 convenient there is no phone number, really cross. They need to be exposed. Where on earth did they get those positive replies on their website from. Amazon next time.....

I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering from this company. My 12 year old son ordered a cube two weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I have tried to email there customer service email listed on the website and it is not a valid email address. It looks like a scam, looking at other people’s reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I would definitely not recommend.
