I recently contacted Zish at UK Energy Grants with an enquiry to improve the loft insulation in my home.

He was very efficient, friendly and professional throughout, arranged a free survey, monitored the progress and then when I was accepted for the grant, arranged for a company to contact me to carry out the work.

They contacted me within a couple of days and arranged to carry out the work within 5 days.

They are going to increase my loft insulation from a 100mm to 300mm, fit new "HIVE" thermostat and electronic radiator valves along with extra ventilation in my kitchen.

The customer service from Zish was second to none and I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Great quick service by Zish with assistance on design of a professional floor plan. Very thorough would recommend.

Great course for a retrofit assessor. This is a must for any new assessor as Zish spends the day clearly explaining how to complete an assessment and answers any questions in detail. Also provides ongoing help/advice which is great.

Recently had an in person training session for retrofit assessments and tech surveys with Zish and it was worth its weight in gold. Like others, qualified through online courses which lacked that valuable hands on experience. Zish provided this and more. Was very thorough, answered all questions and left me feeling ready to undertake surveys on my own. Highly recommend.

Zish has been great. He was mentioned by a lot of people in the industry as a leader and he did not disappoint. I’m a experienced retrofit assessor and still learnt a lot and the course was worth the 4 hour drive

Initially applied for my grant via my Energy supplier British Gas who sent my application on to this company who then took over the application. They then made contact via telephone went through my application and arranged for a surveyor to come to my property to assess what would be needed and check on ventilation etc I was granted free loft insulation and the work was carried out a couple of months later to a high standard and i have had no issues with any of the processors or the work carried out.

UK Energy Grants LTD have given my parents a boiler Grant. Great service from start to finish. Awesome customer service. I would recommend to all friends and family.

I'd like to thank Zish for a really great and indepth training day. His knowledge and experience really showed and helped me understand how to take a surveyor professionally and efficiently. As a newbie in the industry, it's always quite nerve-racking to understand the processes and carry them out in a speedy but professional manner. Zish showed me exactly how to go about this, and I left far more confident in my abilities than before I arrived. Attended RA I day refresher with Zish. First of all Zish is a great guy who makes you feel at ease with the whole process very approachable and knowledgeable.
He talked us through the pre work to be done before you arrive which was very helpful. All questions and queries where answered. One thing that's not covered is RdSAP which is something that's so extensive that 1 day can't really cover but he did touch on questions we had.. would recommend any newly qualified assessor to attend his course ...good all round guy.

Done this course due to being fairly new to the industry, and wanted to really clarify and make sure my knowledge was adequate. Zish was really helpful in terms of answering any questions needed and offers continued support if ever needed so would highly recommend
