Been doing a lot of homework on gym flooring and wanted to buy from a real business. Sent a message through the web chat and Paul got back to me straight away. Great comms, easy transaction and a great product. Overall smooth experience, I would recommend and will definitely use again.

I dealt with a lovely chap called Paul. I needed a good airbike that can a lot of abuse. Paul advised me to go with the Flow Fitness A1 Airbike. Compared to my previous airbike which fell apart this bike is rock solid and built like a tank. I am very impresses the airbike and Paul's professional advice.

I did not really know what equipment I wanted. But, I did know that I had to built up my muscles as I was on a weight loss medication. Paul, understood my problems and very economically sorted the right equipment needed. Would definitely use him again.

I recently bought a Flow Fitness Smart Gym from these guys. They were very knowledgeable about the product and delivery was fast and easy. There was no set up needed with this product, it was ready to go straight out of the box. I am happy with the product and the service.

We placed an order back in March and it has still not been completed. Part of the order arrived and the weights did not. We have sent several emails to the company and still no order, or refund for the missing items. Our last emails have not even been replied too.

I dealt with a very knowledgeable gentleman called Paul. I didn't know anything about gym equipment but he kept me right every step of the way. I am very happy with my new gym and the installation service was 1st Class.

Great experience. We were kept updated on our treadmill order and really impressed with the quality compared to our old machine.

I was misled numerous times about the ETA of the delivery, and lied to about the exercise bike having been dispatched, while the courier's website clearly stated it wasn't actually collected until days later. I finally received the bike over 3 weeks after purchasing it online (!!), and it arrived damaged.
Initially I was told the broken bike would be picked up, but this quickly changed. I was left with a heavy, broken bike, which despite numerous pleas I was told I'd need to dispose of myself. I have a serious back injury, live by myself with no family nearby, and lifting a 25kg bike into the car and then from the car into the skip is just not something I can do at the moment (if ever!).

After 15 back and forth emails, I was told the company will not be taking the bike back and if I'd like to discuss it further I should call them. (As if that would have changed anything??) Absolutely disgraceful. Finally, my neighbours were very kind and helped me out, but it's not something I should have needed to have asked them for.

After reporting the broken bike, the company told me they had already initiated a refund. In reality, I only received the actual refund notification a week later (+ the money didn't reflect in my account until much later).

Overall I spent over a month without a functioning bike, or my money, and instead was left with a huge broken bike that I needed to arrange to be disposed of myself. Not to mention all the emotional distress it cost me, and time and effort wasted.

I'm sure things go well with this company, when they go well. But when they go bad, they go HORRIBLY wrong. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Still awaiting half of the order made in January. Have had to chase up since the middle of February as I have had no update. Delivery was scheduled and never arrived to then be told it would be the following week. Then received half the order 10th March when I had been informed that all the order was due in the warehouse by the 27th Feb. Apparently due to damage they have exchanged the part i am waiting on but this is over 2 weeks ago and a simple update appears too much to ask for!!
Went with the company as thought they were Bristol based, and speedy 14 day delivery!

Bought a spin bike from uk fitness equipment & i wanted one with drop down handlebars but i could never find the right one till i looked on here then i found the one i was after & Paul has been so helpful sending the bike to the installer to be delivered & installed plus getting the mat delivered in time so thank you very much & would recommend to anyone looking for a piece of gym equipment

I am a fitness enthusiast and I purchased the fitness equipments and it has completely changed my fitness game ever since. A must have for all the enthusiasts.

I wanted a moderately priced stand-alone smart exercise bike that links to an iPad to give interactive virtual rides.
I found Ukfitnessequipment from a web search. They discussed my needs and recommended a Tunturi within my budget. I already had other Tunturi equipment that has been very reliable.
Ukfitnessequipment delivered and assembled the Tunturi bike for me.
I have been using the Tunturi bike several times a week for the last year. It has been completely reliable and does everything I wanted. The Tunturi Routes app is very good and gives a wide selection of attractive routes of different distances and difficulties.

Over recent months Paul has been helping us to develop a Home Gym. We are so delighted that we came across Paul's company. He enabled us to turn our dream into a reality. We have extremely high standards and expectations. Paul managed to exceed them with his excellent customer service. Words that spring to mind to describe it include: customer focused, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiasm, helpfulness, speedy, crucially no hard sell tactics and his ability to make us as the customer feel really special. We would highly recommend UK Fitness Equipment.
