Flooring is meant to be white it’s grey been refunded deal with the refund properly

After not knowing that the boards came in the same pack A&B boards. Just got a handful out to try unfortunately got all the same boards out so couldn’t find the herringbone pattern. After a phone call to the company a guy told me to unpack all the box as half was A and the other half B soon found my pattern. Maybe it would help if this was labelled on the box

The flooring colour is fabulous , it was the right colour I expected from the descriptions, samples were very useful in deciding the flooring colors.
The service is also very nice because problems have been dealt very nicely and efficiently allowing customers to be more happier.

This is the second purchase from this company, unfortunately one packet of flooring had the corner of the laminate flooring broken throughout the whole batch. Customer Service Manager then contacted me and resolved this completely with a refund for the damaged pack of flooring.

Ordered 20 packs of click vinyl tiles, 1 full pack the face of the planks was damage on one side so I thought I would use them as off cuts but unfortunately a lot more where damaged then anticipated about 25 planks and I know is usual to get some damaged and we all use them as off cuts but with them ones I end up with 2 full packs so I could not finish the cupboards, i didnt want to contact them about it as sometimes is a bit of a hassle so I just left a review and sales department emailed me and they will sort it out by sending me some replacement pack.
UPDATE: The problem is that they sent the replacement packs with DX Express without giving me a tracking number or any updates so I didn’t know when is going to arrive plus that the delivery requires signature and is all day delivery window as I said above sometime is not worth the hassle and I was about right

This company is amazing from start to finish. Delivery was spot on, customer service spot on . I ordered the wrong width flooring as I was I a rush trying to get the flooring for the job as I’d been let down by factory flooring direct. This company was so understanding and was so helpful. They are very committed to delivering the best possible outcome.

I’ve been holding back on writing a negative review.
As someone who runs a business myself, I always believe companies deserve the time and opportunity to put things right. Unfortunately, this company has been beyond unhelpful at every stage, and I now feel I have no choice but to warn others about my experience.

I ordered Waterproof Luxury Storm Grey Oak 8mm Laminate Flooring (see pictures), but what arrived was something completely different — the boxes were labelled Natural Sense Senfoni 8mm (see pictures). Any reasonable customer would assume the wrong product had been delivered. Instead of acknowledging this clear mismatch, the company repeatedly insisted it was correct, even though the product name and description did not match what I paid for.

To make things worse, I still haven’t received a refund, and they are attempting to charge me a £65 return fee for refusing a delivery that appeared to be the wrong item. The delivery driver left before I could even contact the company, as he was blocking the only road with a 26-ton lorry — a situation completely out of my control.

The case is now “with management for review,” though I genuinely don’t understand what needs reviewing. The product name didn’t match the description, the listing wasn’t clear, and the communication has been nothing but dismissive. The facts speak for themselves.

Their customer service has been slow, defensive, and unwilling to accept any responsibility for poor product representation or unclear packaging. Instead of resolving the situation, they have pushed blame back onto the customer while trying to impose additional fees.

Perhaps most telling of all: they have since removed the flooring product from their website, which strongly suggests I’m not the only one who has raised concerns.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has genuinely been one of the most frustrating online purchase experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend this company, and I advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering.

***update*** I eventually got a full refund and an email from the owner and an apology from customer services. I’ve updated my review from 1 stars to 3 stars, it shouldn’t be that hard and a stressful to get things resolved.

The vinyl wood I ordered was at a great price and I am very happy with it. The delivery came earlier than expected and customer services is excellent. They provide quick responses to emails and are highly professional. I would recommend this company.

An exceptionally unprofessional operation. Despite presenting itself as a company, this is effectively a one-man setup, with no real customer service structure behind it.

I was sent flooring that was entirely different from what I originally ordered (different size, different appearance, different product). Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was repeatedly told it was the “correct order,” which simply wasn’t true.

Communication was slow, dismissive, and at times confrontational. When the matching stock was eventually located, it was offered with the attitude that I should be grateful, claiming it to be a “goodwill “gesture, rather than it being a basic correction of their mistake.

There was no ownership, no accountability, and no professionalism at any stage.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, choose a supplier with credibility, transparency, and an actual support team. I would strongly advise avoiding this guy at all costs.

Great quality flooring with fast delivery

Having already been impressed with the free laminte samples, I ordered quite a large delivery which I needed fairly quickly. I managed to easily speak with someone to confirm the delivery date, as it turned out there was a carrier issue but UK flooring went out of their way to get it to me when I needed it. Very impressed at the ease of being able to talk to someone, the whole delivery experience and the actual quality and price of the flooring. Thank you!
