First class from sales to installation and beyond. The sales team gave good advice and offered the November discount with no pressure whatsoever. The Garden house was installed exactly as and when promised by a polite helpful installation team. We have been delighted with the product that has turned out to be everything we expected. A couple of small issues (a sticking integral blind and a minor issue with the door were rectified very quickly with no fuss.
We would strongly recommend this company.

Just had my second garden building by UK Garden Buildings, I was so impressed with my first, fully insulated, garden room I ordered another more basic building for my mower and gardening tools. The installers Wil &Tom arrived on time and quickly installed the base frame to take into account the uneven ground. As with our previous building this one was erected carefully and skilfully resulting in yet another quality building. A close friend of ours was so impressed with these buildings, she has ordered two of her own. Special mention goes to Sue Fell at the Barton Fields show site for dealing effectively with our initial orders. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for the quality buildings and service they provide.

Was kept informed of delivery from order to installation. Arrived as advised . Shed was expertly erected and looks great . Had a good clearout of our old shed and it made room to house garden furniture over winter .

Very happy with our Shed. Everyone has complimented us on how nice it looks. Quality is 110%. Installation team were very professional and efficient and got the shed up within 30 minutes. Overall very happy with everything and would recommend this company.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, the service to plan and build our garden room was trouble free and of the highest standard, the options available were brilliant and the workmanship couldn't be faulted with only our interests at heart, we couldnt be more pleased with it and the way everything was done. I would highly recommend this company.

The communication regarding my order was very informative, I asked for Gerry to come out and check my base was level which he did and found a little issue with the distance on one side from the fence where it was to be sighted, he made a phone call and got a way to resolve it, I'm so happy he came out otherwise my build wouldn't have been able to go ahead. The guys who did the build were excellent, on time and very informative arranging with the electrician so everything went smoothly absolutely great workmanship. I would highly recommend UKGB

The garden rooms are incredible, I went for a small one to fit into my garden, it was easy to view at Amerton Farm, they guided me through all the grounds works that needed doing, gave me an installation date that fitted with my calendar, the team installed in two days and I've been happily using it for a few months.
I'm glad I paid extra for the floor insulation.
Highly recommend them, fabulous company to deal with.

Ordered composite garden room 10x16- from the start to the end of this project it has been very professional, friendly and they could not do enough to make the whole experience great. From the Office staff of UK Gardens to the two workmen Sean and Kyle who came to erect the garden room.(apologies if spelling of names wrong) They worked non stop giving us updates on the progress, checking in with us, very respectful and highly professional The building is of a high quality I would recommend this company with out a doubt. We used the site on Valley nurseries Erdington Road Aldridge "Trevor" who is very experienced in the "shed/ garden room world" who went through every detail we wanted we were never pressured he even did a site visit to us . Once again I have no worries in recommending this company.

The team at UK garden buildings were excellent starting from sales all the way to fitting. The whole process was easy and stress free. The sales team made sure I was happy with my design and took care of everything from there. I chose to have the built in blinds in my building which was a great touch!

Money well spent, I now have a beautiful work space in the comfort of my own garden! The quality of my building is unmatched, it has been built so well and set to last a very long time. The possibilities of what you could do to elevate your space are endless! Everybody who sees mine comments on how great it looks!

We're delighted with our 10 x 8 composite Dalbury garden building which was installed by Josh and Kyah over 2 days in April. They were friendly, efficient and an all-round pleasure to deal with, and have done an excellent job. We had our garden building erected in 2022 and we have been very pleased with the quality. Then we had an issue with the door catching slightly on the bottom. When we reported it, despite being outside the warranty period, we received excellent customer service. The 3 large panes of glass, making up the main and bifold doors, were replaced by an employee, Ryan Thomas, who is quite honestly a credit to the organisation.

Ryan provided excellent service and
his management of the job gave us confidence and assurance that the issue is now indeed resolved.

I think others can be assured that you're not going to be abandoned once they've gone and had their payment.
