I felt informed,safe and looked after at all time

The whole experience was spot on from all involved from start to finish as they were all a friendly and professional bunch and made it a relaxed experience. From my appointed surgeon ,Tatiana and her team Judith Alicia Nicky and also Paula I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing this procedure and let's not forget Chelsea my pre/after care professional always checking in to make sure all is well and that I am happy with everything prior to procedure and after and there to answer any concerns I may of had 😀 ,thanks to team manchester from Jarra Jim .

I made a review about 4 weeks ago and it weren’t great as I felt I had done the wrong thing and regretted paying extra for my prp treatment ! But my god was I wrong I’m 7 weeks in and people have said they have never seen a transplant so successful hairs are growing everywhere ! My partner is a hairdresser and said she has never seen a transplant like this. I’ve used minoxidil and biotin and the results so far is so good I stopped wearing a cap. I’m
Not saying everyone will have results after 7 weeks but I have and the after care has been amazing from Becky answering any doubts I had in that time. If you have any doubts don’t trust these guys they have been excellent.

Everything was communicated super clearly and quickly. The speed from booking - to consultation - surgery was very quick which was great. The staff both texting and in person were so friendly and lovely, very easy to talk to and helped calm me down as I was very anxious about everything. After surgery the care co-ordinater and the leaflet they gave me regarding aftercare has been so easy to understand. Overall an amazing experience that made something I'd been putting off for nearly a decade become a super easy and lovely experience.

Brilliant from start to finish, no complaints at all! Tetiana and her girls made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole day, not something I’ve done before so had no idea what to expect, after care service from Chelsea has been so helpful too, highly recommended!

Well where to start, A very warm welcome from Dr Manish Mittal, and then a detailed dialogue of the events of the day. He and all his team were an absolute delight, attentive and super professional, a big thank you especially to Paula who was incredibly patient and super friendly making the surgery a pleasurable experience. This extends to all the team as we're a wonderful crowd. A big thank you to Dr Mittal very diligent surgeon with a wonderful sense of humour, very impressed by my whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend these guys. I had an initial consultation with Paul today where I learned lots about hair restoration. Paul talked me through potential processes and treatments and provided some open and honest advice regarding the best option for myself.

Friendly staff from the first to last minute. Made me feel relaxed and the surgeon filled me with confidence with his experience.

Professional, friendly experience from start to finish. Both pre and post procedure. The team on the day made something that’s obviously very awkward and personal a stress free, relaxing day.

Fantastic from start to finish, made me feel extremely comfortable the whole way through, asked me about my interests and took an interest in me, only downside was my doctor being a Manchester United fan! I felt relaxed the whole way through. My patient coordinator Chelsea has been amazing throughout the process.

From the outset, I've had nothing but a professional experience.
My initial assessment was explained extremely well. Paul broke everything down for me, telling me what was required, and how much it would cost.
My patient coordinator (Chelsea), kept me informed on what was happening on a regular basis.
As I had travelled from Northern Ireland, I was put up in a hotel very close to where the procedure would be carried out. The hotel was very clean and comfortable indeed.
The day of the surgery was a pleasant experience. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Dr Manish explained exactly what was happening that day, and put me at ease with any queries I had. His staff were also very friendly and professional.
The aftercare post surgery was explained in great detail to me. And Chelsea has been communicating regularly to see how my aftercare is progressing.
It's been an excellent experience.

Despite the fact that we didn't go ahead with surgery on the day, I can not fault Dr. Elgindi and the team in the slightest.

Dr. Elgindis' integrity came before anything else today and I completely respect the decision to not complete the surgery. Although not the outcome I had initially anticipated I am very satisfied with UK Hair as a company and if my future circumstances change then I would definitely be back in touch with yourselves before any other company.
