THIS COMPANY PROMISED 48 HOUR DELIVERY ON THE 10TH JUNE ITS NOW THE 20TH JUNE THEY REPLIED ON THE 14TH JUNE TOSAY THEY WERE WAITING FOR MORE STOCK AND TO GIVE 3 TO 4 DAYS FOR DELIVERY I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED YOU CANT PHONE THEM THEY DONT REPLY TO MESSAGES THE POLICE SHOULD BE CONTACTED FOR FRAUD WHICH THEY WILL BE IF THEY DONT REFUND

I ordered hearing aids from this company. They promised 48 hr delivery via their chat facility. Chased up repeatedly after not receiving the goods to no avail !!! They don't answer their phone or reply to answer phone messages and don't reply to emails sent. Couldn't get them to refund my money so disputed it with my credit card company who refunded me within 48 hours.

After trying to contact them time and time again and their refusal to respond. I had no alternative measure but to asked for to cancel my oder. They then ignored that communication and 4 days later tried to make an unannounced delivery. No warning at all.
Their communication is robotic so if you need to speak with a human forget it. This does not inspire confidence. Never ever again. Faceless robots not human.
I believe it to be a fictional website , selling to people who need aid to help in their daily lives.
Was researching hearing aids for a relative when I came across this company, however they appear to be "healthx.store" rebranded to "ukhealth.store". Healthx had a Trustpilot page with overwhelmingly negative reviews which has now been renamed to "SeventeenDwarves".
