After deciding to change our French doors And Bathroom window we had a few quotes and site visits from a few local window companies. We were recommended by a friend who neighbours had all the windows replaced by Uk Solutions and were really pleased with all the work carried out. Lee the Boss came to give us a quote and measure up and he was very polite and very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly all the details and demonstrated the locking system and the design of the windows. He was with us for nearly 2 hours and at no time was he trying to push us into any decision and measured every opening and panel etc and completed a on site drawing of our requirements. Due to his professionalism and knowledge we had no problem deciding to place the order with Uk Solutions. About a week later we had a visit from Ray who checked in detail all the measurements before the doors windows and double glazed units were made at the factory. On the day of the fitting Ray and Simon arrived on time and were not only polite and chatty they took time to prepare all the floor coverings with dust sheets etc. They completed the work fast and efficiently and cleared up any mess made which was minimal anyway. We are very pleased with all the work and I would highly recommend using Lee and Uk Solufions If you are looking for a very good and reliable company for your windows ,doors or Facias. Forgot to mention the price for the work we had carried out was very competitive against the other companies who estimated we received and in fact at least 15% cheaper which was amazing.Next year when we replace the windows at the front of the house we will use Uk Solutions again without a doubt.10/10 Thank you

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY WHAT A PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY THIS IS. WE HAD OUR FACIAS, SOFFETS AND GUTTERING REPLACED 9/10/20 AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE JOB WAS EXPLAINED TO US AND WITH THE PRICE. THERE WAS NO OVERSELL AND NO PUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE. LEE THE BOSS ANSWRED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND THE JOB WAS BOOKED THERE AND THEN. 4 DAYS LATER THEY ARRIVED EARLY THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND WERE FINISHED BY EARLY AFTERNOON. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEM WHICH WAS A DIFFICULT JOB AS IT WAS QUITE WINDY. THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE PREMISISES UNTIL WE WERE HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY HAD DONE. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND HAVE NO PROBLEM IN RECOMMENDING THHIS COMPANY FOR THIS KIND OF JOB. WELL DONE TO LEE BISHOP (BOSS) AND HIS EXCELLENT TEAM.

AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS WE HAD TO HAVE A DIFFERENT DOOR FITTED DUE TO WARPAGE, THE SECOND DOOR DOES NOT FIT ANY BETTER, FITTER CAME ROUND AND ADJUSTED THE DOOR SO WE COOLD GET IN AND OUT AGAIN DUE TO WARPING, NOW THE DOOR WILL NOT SEAL AND DELIVERS A DRAFT THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.
VERY DISSATISFIED AND ARE NOW GOING TO HAVE A NEW DOOR FITTED.

WE HAVE HAD THE DOOR REALIGNMENT DONE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND, WAS TOLD ON THE LAST VISIT THAT THIS IS ALL THE ADJUSTMENT THAT COULD BE DONE, THIS WAS DONE SO WE WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR WITHOUT HAVING TO CLIMB OVER MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOURS FENCE TO GO IN THE BACK DOOR TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE JAMMED FRINT DOOR! THE DOOR HAS BEEN ADJUSTED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOW THE DOOR IS WARPED BY AT LEAST 25MM AND WILL NOT SEAL.
I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AGAIN BUT JUST GOES TO ANSWERPHONE.

We initially set out to get a number of quotes from different companies and then decide on who to go with. It turned out to be a very easy decision! Out of the five companies who came round to give quotes, Lee was the only one who took to the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and the only one who brought a demo window with him so show exactly what we would be purchasing. No-one else gave such a great personal touch to getting a quote, which we really appreciated

After giving Lee the go ahead, a date was booked, and this date was kept. No delays or pushbacks. Lee's very capable team of Ray and Simon turned up promptly on the set day and got on with work straight away. For the 4 days they were onsite, they were very professional and hardworking throughout. Every single window and door fitted looks superb, and their years of experience certainly shows.

We're extremely pleased with the work completed and the house looks much brighter and fresher for it. We highly recommend Lee, Ray and Simon, for their excellent service and reasonable cost.

I was apprehensive about contacting a double glazing company for new windows as we had an unfortunate experience with a nationwide company rep some time ago but this the salesman (Lee) was honest and helpful in choosing the new windows, not pushy at all. I was pleasently surprised with the price. Fitting went well with a skilled team and completed in one day. Very pleased with the result.

Lee and his double glazing fitters Ray & Simon have just finished all our windows and the whole process was exactly as you would wish. Nothing was too much trouble with real attention to detail with Lee checking that everything was perfect. When a situation happened outside of their control it was immediately rectified within 24 hrs and not the weeks that I expected. I do not normally leave reviews but in an industry where it’s difficult to find quality trade companies I can easily recommend UK Home Solutions (and I’m very fussy). Cheers guys

After needing my window replaced urgently I cannot believe how quick it was from measuring up to installing.

Lee came round and gave a very professional demo on the different types of guttering and soffits that you can choose and why he uses the products he uses. The job was carried out on time and left in a clean way. The end result was straight, clean looking and exactly what I wanted! Would recommend.
