Ordered a sign via Amazon but on the top line the last word is missing rendering it useless , my order and the invoice paperwork that came with the item were correct yet they got it wrong , this seller does not accept returns so you have to go chasing them , don’t do it via Amazon as they are just as bad .

At first, the service was great. I wanted a bespoke sign. Paul even called me directly to talk through my options. I wrote the specific words and layout as a template and placed the order. No mock up was sent, even though i requested it.
The item was sent out and the start of the sentence didn't have a capital as per my design. Also, basic grammar not followed.
I reported this error and nothing. I thine went over onto Etsy to try and contact and after two day replied and said call this number! They're based in London but the number they gave was a dead number!

Over 10 days has passed and nothing. They have my money and i have an item i cant put up as wrong and not what i paid for.

It was simple. I wrote out what had to be on the item. That wasnt even followed.

The customer service is beyond unacceptable. Gutted as i love supporting small businesses but this one, ive been duped by.

It's been 4 months since my purchase, but had to give a 5 star review to this company, totally unsolicited. Excellent service from the outset - I telephoned in my order and it was made and dispatched on this day and I received it the following day. Item was beautifully made and of very good quality - made to last. Thank you to Acrylic Master for your Professional service.

I received my house sign in double quick time, but it was over a month later when we went to fit it, only to realise I had lost the packet with all the fittings in. I rang ukhousesigns and they sent me another set, free of charge which I received next morning. The sign looks great and I couldn’t ask for better service. I would highly recommend.

I ordered two signs as a memorial sign for my friend who has lost 9 dogs. From start to finish I couldn’t have dealt with a better company. These signs are just brillliant and I will definitely use again.
I would highly recommend them.

I have not used this company but i regularly get sent advertising media/messages from the company. I have requested they remove me from their records but the posts keep coming! Grrrr

Most good companies can get things right first time. However the true measure of customer service from a good company is how they act when they don’t get it right first time.I ordered a sign which arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered but the number wasn’t central so it looked odd. I contacted them and very quickly received a personal e-Mail apologising for the oversight and shortly after that a new sign arrived in the post. Needless to say the new one is perfect. It is good quality and looks really nice next to my new front door. What a fantastic response from a company that also works with social enterprise. I know house signs aren’t much of a repeat order item but I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending UK House signs. Excellent quality, prices and customer service!

I ordered an illuminated house number sign from this company. They made the sign exactly as I had asked and it arrived very promptly. Installation instructions are good and I have now installed a nice illuminated house number on the front of my house which lights up half of Ruislip! Communication was excellent. Service was excellent and value was excellent. Top marks!

Purchased a House Number Plate with free 48 hr delivery. Had an email confirming purchase, a more personal email thanking me for the business and the product was delivered within the 48hr period. Well packed with instructions on how best to mount. Excellent service, good product

Extremely rude people.

I ordered a simple name plate which should take 6 working days, according to them, however, it took 17 days in the end with some rude comments in red/italics, accusing me of making a fuss about "only 1 day delay".

Obviously, they can't count. They can't remember anything. If it was really 1 day delay, how would I know if they don't tell me it was going to be late?

I'm a paid customer, I just need to know if the product arrives on time or it's going to be late for any reason. I would not make a fuss about a £20 name plate if I get some simple updates. However, the attitude they have towards the customers is shocking.

I ordered one as a sample, and was going to order many for the farm animals but I am going to ask somebody else now.
