We're very sorry you're not happy with our customer service. In the event a jellyfish arrives dead or damaged we will replace them free of charge as long as we receive photographic proof of the jellyfish in the shipping bag. This is stated in our terms and conditions. https://www.ukjellyfish.co.uk/terms-conditions/
However in your case you sent us a picture of your jellyfish in an aquarium which was not suitable for jellyfish. You need to purchase a jellyfish aquarium that will not damage your jellyfish.
It's also worth noting that even though we had no obligation to offer a settlement we did offer a discount on future purchases & offered you one of our jellyfish aquariums at a highly reduced rate.
Once again we are truly sorry you've had a bad experience, we hate to see people have a bad first experience with jellyfish because they are amazing creatures to keep.

Jellyfish were well packaged and…
Jellyfish were well packaged and arrived in with no sign of damages.
Only problem, albeit a small one, was that the delivery dates were mixed up so rather than arriving on a Friday(had to take a day off work) my jellies arrived Saturday.
All in all very helpful and would use again!

Highly recommended - supplier of the best Jellies I have ever ordered.
I have now ordered both live food and 10 Moon Jellyfish from UK Jellyfish. I have ordered from others in the past but I have found the quality of Jellyfish and Customer Service to be the best I have encountered. Rory is always happy to answer questions / queries and is a very friendly person.
I'm now at maximum capacity for Jellies, but I wouldn't hesitate in buying from UK Jellyfish again. And I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

First time I have used this company
First time I have used this company, ordered goods on 20 December 2017 still waiting for the goods to arrive. Appreciate its was the Xmas period but goods ordered with another supplier after Christmas have arrived so why not these. Email sent and received that goods will arrive tomorrow. Smooth transaction but delivery slow otherwise all good.

Sadly at this time of year our courier service (APC Overnight Shipping) which are the only carriers in the UK that ship live fish are on leave. Your order, completed on December 26th, includes live jellyfish meaning we have no choice but to wait until the service is back up and running.

Hi
Ordering the jellyfish and their delivery was spot on with them arriving on the day we asked well packed.
We have taken delivery of 2 jellyfish and whilst 1 seems to have settled in well the other is looking a little 'out of sorts' so I will reserve judgement on their health for a day or 2.
